Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Anastasia Island

We had the best experience at Uncle Reggie’s Beach House! Beautiful home and perfect location close to everything. We really appreciated the bikes and all of the extra touches that made us feel right at home. Our pup loved the beautiful and spacious fenced-in backyard! Had a great time in this beautiful home! Many restaurants, activities, sights to see close by! The only things that would make this home absolutely perfect would be on site pool and gym. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Home decor definitely elevated the stay! Would stay here again

We had to leave early to beat a major storm in the midwest, we managed to evade it but showed up way early. We were all exhausted but had about 8 hours till check in, we texted Sally at a Buc-ee’s at about 7:30 am and she replied not even five minutes later. Luckily the house had been cleaned the day prior and got an expedited check in. She was an excellent host with clear instructions for checking out and made the trip all the more relaxing and memorable. we had neighbors but we never really knew I thought there had to be a sound barrier of some kind. I would definitely pick this spot again, its a gem.

This is our second stay here and we just love this place! The location is peaceful and right on the water. The new dock is very nice and the fish seem to bite good at this location. The house is very clean, well laid out and super cozy. The beds sleep comfortably and the linens are nice and soft. We love the open layout for the kitchen and living room, the spacious walk in showers and the decor is well put together. Everything you need as far as cooking goes and we love that it’s less than five minutes from the beach access. We will be back and I can’t wait to visit this location for our soon to be third time staying here. I’d make it a permanent residence for my husband and I, if I could. We love it and thank you for having us!

Great location for the beach. Beds extremely comfortable. Liked ping pong table. Wasn't noisy even though on A1A. If bringing pets, might want to bring rugs or small bed for them to lay on instead of bare concrete floor.

A perfect spot for our family vacation! We loved the house, the pool area, and the proximity to the beach and St Augustine’s downtown.

Emily was amazing with the local recommendations, you can tell she really loves St. Augustine! the place was exactly as she described, it's quiet and beautiful with an amazing view of the trees down the street. it's charming and on its way to being exactly what she envisions! she is working hard on her place and is quite friendly, happy to chat with you. she is also very responsive as a host. we will certainly be back!

Exactly what we needed. Quiet, comfortable and so close to the ocean.

Darling little pied-a-terre. Close and walkable to everything north and south. Local restaurants. We could ask the hosts for suggestions and the answers were always great for us. The owners nearby taproom was a local gathering place we enjoyed. Super sweet hosts who deeply care about the environment. There are no TV and no dishwasher. Not a problem for us. Super quiet area for how close you are to everything.

We absolutely loved staying at Edward's and Glenna's house. We can't wait to visit again. They are super friendly and very informative on things to do in St. Augustine.

This was the perfect first stop on our honeymoon! We loved this Airbnb for how comfy and adorable it is, the proximity to the beach and downtown, and for the wonderful hosts! Stan’s place was the perfect birthday weekend getaway. It was a block from the ocean and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Saint Augustine. Inside the apartment was very spacious and clean. Despite being next to a busy road, we had no issues with the noise. Also provided by the owner, but not mentioned on the description were extra beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, which are super helpful for those who forgot to bring supplies or need extras The only issue we had during our stay was no fault of the owner. During business hours, there is a SUV who constantly parked in front of our assigned parking spaces, making it hard to park especially for cars larger than compact size. We had no issues accessing our parking spots before or after business hours.

I had an amazing stay at this condo! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning—whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery made the experience unforgettable. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The condo itself was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the overall layout was spacious and inviting. The host was fantastic—very communicative, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and simple. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home and an unbeatable view, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stayed at Todd’s place for my vacation in St.Augustine and it was lovely ! Great place and location very clean and a comfortable bed ! The beach was not far away at all! I will be back and I will definitely stay again at Todd’s place ! He is a great host that provides clear instructions and is very responsive and helpful as well as friendly.

This was a terrific space! The host was so friendly, responsive, and very communicative about everything regarding our stay. The space was perfect for a relaxing getaway, we enjoyed several days of the beach and the pool. Everything was exactly as advertised, and it made everything incredibly smooth and relaxing for us. The area also has so much to offer in terms of lovely shops, historical tours, and beautiful places to explore and enjoy. This was a wonderful space for our stay, we would absolutely recommend it!

My Husband and I stayed at Todd's Place over the weekend. It was very clean and a great location. Todd is very responsive and accommodating. The location is a walk down to the beach. Such a beautiful view. My husband enjoyed the Large TV in the master bedroom. He could not stop talking about how amazing it was. We will definitely reach out to Todd in the future for any of our future stays in St. Augustine. Thank you again, Todd, for hosting us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’ place in Crescent Beach! It was exactly what my husband and I wanted - (extremely) close to the beach and little bit away from the hustle and bustle of downtown St. Augustine. Chris was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend booking this gem!

I wanted to stay on a beach that was more secluded and private. We went into St Augustine many days, but I relaxed on the beach daily. Many days, I felt I had the beach to myself. It was amazing! The beach is beautiful, clean, and wide. The sand is white and sometimes pink. You can hear the waves in the condo. This is the closest we have ever been to the beach for a vacation. I was so relaxing. Prompt responses from Luke and Joslyn. My husband left his shirts in the closet and Joslyn offered to send them to use, which was very nice. This was a fantastic experience. We did go May 1-10, which is a good time to go before the crowds. We do recommend to go to St Augustine (downtown) during the week (less busy) and more beach time on the weekends.

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

The condo was fabulous! ! Jackie was so easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had right away. Everything was perfect! The place was super clean and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We look forward to visiting again one day!
