Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful house with peace and a very beautiful environment!The Host was very friendly and made it easy for us at no extra cost to transfer the original reservation to another date due to the fact that we were traveling with motorcycles and it was raining on the days of the original reservation. The best place to stay in the Tzoumerka area and quite affordable. Highly recommended!

Maria was a wonderful host from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly and made us feel completely at home. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the photos—stylish, spotless, and as comfortable as a boutique hotel. It’s also exceptionally well equipped: we cooked every day and never found the kitchen lacking a single item. We stayed for ten days with two babies, and Maria had truly thought of everything. She left a baby bathtub and cribs ready for us, and when we asked for a high chair she brought one over right away. The garden was another highlight—perfect for relaxing while the little ones played. Maria’s local tips were spot-on. Thanks to her recommendations we discovered wonderful beaches, great restaurants, and hidden gems in the area. The village itself is peaceful, with a lovely bakery, and it’s an easy drive to Ioannina, the Zagori villages, and the coast. In short, Maria’s hospitality and her beautiful apartment made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

Beautiful appartment providing all you need in a small mountain village; perfect for hiking and exploring the nature of East Zagori. But beware of bears. Very good host. Will certainly return next year!

The house was on the 2nd floor where you climb with stairs there is no elevator, this didn't bother us though! The house was just like the photos! The sheets and towels smelled clean, and my favorite had a heater to warm up at night! It also has a very nice big balcony with a table to sit outside. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no new kitchen sponge. However, if I visit Ioannina again I will choose the same house which is just 9 minutes drive from the center!! I recommend it!

Nice small apartment with evertything you need, including coffee, tea and a welcome drink, very central but quiet. Perfect hosts, quick responses. Dora and her husband even picked us up from the bus station and made a short round tour with us through Ioannina. Highly recommended.

The place was great, very thoughtful, and clean. In a very good location, we went to the center of Ioannina on foot. It was next to restaurants cafes and bars. It's worth a visit!!! 5 ⭐️ are few!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Zoi apartment as it was in the ideal spot in the city where we could go everywhere by foot ! Museums, shopping center, restaurants, etc. were very close and there were also parking spaces so we can safely leave the car and tour the city! The house comfortable and tidy met our expectations and Mrs. Zoe kind, discreet and hospitable , welcomed us with local delicacies to make the holiday days feel more beautiful! So I highly recommend it and thank Mrs. Zoe for hosting !

Christina was a very kind person. He made us feel very familiar with the place and we felt at home. Everything was impeccable, there were many things for welcoming, and the space was super CLEAN He helped us with everything we needed, and even more so with the coffee machine that was in the area with coffee, which other houses did not have Nice work !!
