We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

We stayed at this wonderful place with our two little dogs and had a great time. The house is as pictured, comfortable and rustic as expected. The very large and fenced exterior, perfect for those with pets. The location is panoramic and the garden is very enjoyable, even for outdoor dining. The house is easy to find and well connected to many beautiful villages. In 10/15 minutes you can reach the sea and in about twenty in Senigallia. Lucio and Edwin are always very kind and helpful. They recommended nice places to visit and great restaurants:) In the area you eat both meat and fish, you drink great wine everywhere. It was a relaxing week between green hills, sea, and beautiful people. Highly recommended ❤️

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

Our stay in Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, highly recommended - even with a child!

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. Francesco is a really good host. He speaks perfectly English and is always available. The apartment is nice - it’s like in the description. We had a good time and recommend Francesco.

We had a great holiday! Hosts Kristy and James are always willing to help and want the best for you. It's a lovely quiet place where you can enjoy their great pool surrounded by beautiful landscape. Mogliano City is very close and so pittoresque and clean... not big but the real Italy lover will be very happy. What i like a lot about the location is that you can explore "The Marken" with your car very good. Max 1hour 15 minutes to arrive with your car in the somehow bigger cities (Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Grottamare, Portonovo and excellent Macerata in 20 minutes...) Typical small cities more than enough in the neigbourhood, we loved it! You have the mare e monti, the sea and the mountains... monte sibillini is a great spot as well to go out for a walk! The appartments are clean with muskito-nets present so that's a nice add-on. Kitchen, bathroom,... we were happy with all present stuff and had the feeling that Kirsty and James were there in case something was needed. Thx!!

The penthouse was an incredible experience. Stefano was a wonderful host from the second we booked his lovely home. He was attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and very caring. The house was extremely clean and in the best location! Seconds away from the beach and numerous restaurants, what more could you ask for?! He also booked us a wine tasting, if you have time I highly recommend checking it out! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is an expert when it comes to Fano and the surrounding areas, he really makes you feel welcomed and at home. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb. Lovely place in the countryside to visit all the attractions around it. A step away from the city after a busy day out......a tranquil retreat. Matteo and his lovely wife had provided a lovely welcoming bottle of wine for when we arrived. An extra bonus in our opinion would be a toaster and a kettle....(now remember we're from New Zealand.....lol😁)

Niki is a really friendly person, available for everything. New apartment, very clean and with everything you need, even a beach umbrella to go to the beach! A cute and well-kept garden. Strategic location just a stone's throw from all services and the historic center. The garage of extreme comfort! What can I say, my partner and I can't wait to go back!! Thank you Niki for everything!

The apartment has a very nice location right on the beach, especially practical is the free parking on the premises. Since we were in Italy out of season, there wasn't much going on and we had our peace. Communication with the hosts was very easy and fast. A small suggestion for improvement would be better basic equipment in the apartment (more plates, glasses, hangers, etc.) We would recommend the apartment immediately!

I hope that if there is a heaven, it will look like Ritorno Alla Natura. What a wonderful time we had with our German shepherd Jax at the house on the mountain. Everything was present and sparkling clean. The bed was a relief and Andrea and Florentina the best hosts. Breakfast was delicious and the homemade cakes a treat. This is a place that deserves nothing but praise and gets a big 10 from us. We will definitely come back. Big kiss for Joy from Jax and thanks again for everything❤️

My sister and I gave our parents a vacation in this structure surrounded by nature; the review is theirs: well cared for and beautiful views, including starry skies free of light pollution. The property houses two separate bubbles for privacy, equipped with additional comforts such as a bar corner, books, games, and a private hot tub. There is also a common area for bbq and fire pits. The bubble chosen was suitable for hosting a dog, with fenced spaces to leave the animal free and a dedicated corner with kennel and bowls. Among the extras chosen, an abundant aperitif and a tasty breakfast, served directly at the bubble, accompanied by courtesy gestures such as an Easter egg and booking at a restaurant. The owners, prepared and available, helped make the experience great. Recommended a stay of at least 2 nights to fully enjoy the peace of the place. We will definitely be back with our dog.

We had a wonderful stay at L’Angolo di Teresa! The flat is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that make it feel both stylish and cozy. Its location is perfect—just a short walk from everything, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful despite being close to a busy street. We truly appreciated the calm and comfort it offered. Teresa was an outstanding host: very kind, responsive, and attentive to anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiaravalle.
