Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Delightful cottage in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine countryside, located in a pretty village that is reserved but convenient to all services. It is ideal for those who want a break of tranquility in nature. Near the cottage there are beautiful walks suitable for every level of difficulty. It's only 40 minutes from Bologna and just over an hour from Florence. Guests are responsible for operating the pellet stove heating system. The private garden has a lovely bathtub.
