On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Cozy older log cabin in the courtyard is rented out. Good standard. Complete with kitchen utensils. Small bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cabin and washing machine. The cabin has a double bed in the bedroom, and bunk beds in the sleeping alcoves. Short distance to Molde city center, approx. 15 km and approx. 40 km to Åndalsnes. Small convenience store and bus stop about 150 meters from the cabin. Short distance to the lake with beach (approx. 200 meters). Feel free to reach out to the host if you need to check in earlier!

Are you visiting the mighty Romsdalen and want a unique experience where a little bit of comfort meets raw, Norwegian nature? Now you have the chance. Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. Quiet surroundings and fantastic views of famous mountains such as Romsdalshorn, Trolltindene and Kirketaket. Beds made with bed linen. Two beds in one bedroom and bunk beds in the other. Baby cot available. Towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Dining table, sofa and work desk. The host is a local in the mountains and can offer trip tips/guiding.

Ikke stekeovn. Vannkoker/ presskanne for kaffe. Brødrister. Kjøkkenet egner seg best for enkel matlaging pga størrelsen. Baderom er lite, men har toalett, vask og dusj. Gjestehuset er et lite, gammelt gårdshus, med relativt små rom og lave dører. Grei takhøyde. Huset benyttes kun av våre Airbnb gjester.
