Boris is a fantastic host Very attentive, always wanting to ensure your stay is the best it can be. The apartment is well appointed. The complex is very nice, with great facilities and wonderful staff! The beach is a short walk. There is an international medical centre on-site which we used and it was very good. We stayed for 4 weeks and got to see and enjoy the complex and town. We had a wonderful stay.

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

The apartment is amazing! It's cozy, comfortable, and has everything I needed. I want to give a big thank you to Jane—she is a wonderful person who helped me with everything, even things not related to the apartment. The best host ever! :) All of this made my stay incredibly enjoyable.

A beautiful place that exceeded our expectations! The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing. Kelly was incredibly kind and helpful – we truly appreciated her willingness to assist with anything we needed. Joy is a wonderful host and very open to communication. The apartment is spotlessly clean — hotel-standard. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, so we slept really well. The living room and all areas are spacious, and we truly enjoyed spending time at the house. There are two rooms with king-size beds, which are perfect for families. A few restaurants and mini-marts are nearby, so it's easy to get groceries and meals. I especially recommend the Sweet Chilli restaurant — it’s within walking distance, serves tasty food, and the staff are very warm and welcoming. If we come back to Karon Beach, we’d definitely stay here again. This stay made our whole trip more comfortable and enjoyable.

Great place to stay!!! Everything was perfect and the maintenance and response time was so much appreciated. The hot tub doesn’t get hot or maybe I wasn’t pressing the right buttons but it was too hot for one anyway. Thank you so much for hosting us!

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Great place to stay. Host is very responsive and suggested many nice places to visit. There’s a 7/11 very close to the house and a 24/7 tops also very near. View is beautiful. The massage place right under the building is also great.

We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with a great layout and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. There was also a contact person for every issue, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. Villa is located in a secured / supervised settlement, which has given you a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

We recently returned from a vacation that the whole family spent (14 people, 3 to 81 years old) at a villa in Thailand – and it was the best decision! Unlike a hotel, you didn't have to spend time exploring the territory, everything was at hand. The villa is spacious and everyone had their own seating area. A special treat is the Win cook, who cooked delicious and varied dishes for us. The pool is without time restrictions, children could swim at least all night. On the territory there is everything you need – washing machine and dryer, table tennis, badminton. Walking distance to the beach, but only 7 - 10min by taxi. The beach itself is clean, the coastline is large, the waves depend on the weather. Olga, the hostess of the villa, was always in touch, helped with any questions. As a result, the stay was unforgettable – comfort, coziness, and complete relaxation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Lovely place right near the airport. Perfect when you have a late arrival or early flight. Hosts were super attentive as well. No complaints!

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay here. Communication with the host and co-host was very good and the check-in process was easy. The room itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex has good facilities with 3 pools, a rooftop bar, café & a gym. The location is good but you have to walk down a busy main road to get to the beach and restaurants. This is not a big problem as the complex runs free shuttle buses every 2 hours. There was some building work outside the apartment which was quite noisy but it didn't bother us as we were out most days. Overall this Airbnb is a great base for exploring Phuket and I would definitely stay here again.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

Andy’s villa in Kathu was the highlight of our multi-location trip to Thailand. What an absolute gem; incredible villa with the most beautiful views from the pool. Kudos to the amazing housekeeper; incredible food and always kept the place really well! Would have no hesitation recommending to anyone, and already have to many family and friends.
