This is a perfectly located place in Cap d'Ail at a few meters from the coastal path. Not far from Monaco or the gorgeous Plage de la Mala. The apartment in simple but well equipped and big enough for 2 for a few days. I spent 2 weeks there and really enjoyed the balcony and the sea view. All was clean and comfy. The host was super responsive and accommodating (I could check in a little earlier) and the bottle of wine in the fridge was really appreciated. Approved and recommended. Thanks for a nice stay

We recently had a great stay in the apartment and would like to share our experiences. The apartment was really beautiful; the use of color and material was excellent and perfectly coordinated, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. We found everything we needed which made us feel right at home. One point to keep in mind is that the walk to the village of Alassio is a steep climb, especially the way back, but it is definitely doable. In addition, there was a parking available in a safe and enclosed parking lot. A small downside was the use of the pool; this was only possible in the presence of an attendant and was closed daily from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Unfortunately, the pool was completely closed after September 15, despite the beautiful weather. The view from the apartment was truly breathtaking, especially during the sunset. It was a perfect place. Communication with Daniele was pleasant!

It was a pleasure to meet marco and manuela. They are so kind and gave us many ideas what we could explore. Our children loved the playground, the heated pool and especially the turtles.. 😝🙈.

The location is really ideal: it is in a quiet area but within walking distance of the main attractions (beach, budello...) and is also well connected by public transport. The cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable. Every corner is taken care of down to the smallest detail with cozy and tidy rooms. Very pleasant 4-day stay because the accommodation perfectly matched the description and the host's explanations were perfectly clear. If we had not had family constraints, we would have liked to stay three or four days longer, as we were so happy and enthusiastic. Address to keep if we return to Menton.

We loved our stay at Adriana's place in Menton. The apartment is modern, clean, secure and it had amazing water views and access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, appliances, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. We were greeted and checked out personally, which created a personal connection with the hostess. She toured us around the property, the secure garage where we parked our rental car, and made suggestions for dinners out and things to do. The apartment is located directly at the water's edge, giving you quick access to the beach and beautiful promenade. It's also located above France's #1 bakery, which was an amazing and unexpected perk. My husband and I had an amazing time in Menton, and we will be staying at Adriana's place again. She was so lovely and has been a huge help in recommending places to visit, wineries, art experiences during our time on the Riviera.

The property is a residence with all the comforts, the sea can be reached on foot from a rather challenging path, for convenience we have always used the car considering that in low season there is easy parking on the waterfront.

Our stay was 4 stars. Mr Petrini's house is a quiet little gem in the countryside and enjoys a multitude of positive points: it is first of all impeccable and incredibly well arranged; there is a very large outdoor area with very large terrace, boules court, games for children (soccer cages, trampoline, bikes, slide etc.). Mr Petrini is too caring and continually reachable; And the rental itself is easy to access and close to all amenities (close to the highway, the village of Turbie and Trinité (Auchan)). A flawless one!!
