This is a perfectly located place in Cap d'Ail at a few meters from the coastal path. Not far from Monaco or the gorgeous Plage de la Mala. The apartment in simple but well equipped and big enough for 2 for a few days. I spent 2 weeks there and really enjoyed the balcony and the sea view. All was clean and comfy. The host was super responsive and accommodating (I could check in a little earlier) and the bottle of wine in the fridge was really appreciated. Approved and recommended. Thanks for a nice stay

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole nell'appartamento di Tatiana. L'appartamento è carino, comodo e tranquille. La vista sulle montagne è bellissima. L'alimentari, da Rosana, viccino alla casa, è benissimo. Si trova di tutto. Ci sono belle passeggiate da fare tra gli uluvi. Imperia non è lontana. C'è il mare, il porto, le spiaggie, e bellissime paese da visitare come Cervo. Tatiana è una persona molto gentile, sempre disponibile e di buoni consigli. Ci è davvero piaciuto parlare con Tatiana e condividere bei momenti.

Wij hebben recentelijk een geweldig verblijf gehad in het appartement en willen onze ervaringen graag delen. Het appartement was werkelijk prachtig; het kleur- en materiaalgebruik was uitstekend en perfect op elkaar afgestemd, wat zorgde voor een aangename sfeer. We hebben alles gevonden wat we nodig hadden, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. Een punt om rekening mee te houden is dat het lopen naar het dorp Alassio een flinke klim is, vooral de terugweg, maar het is zeker te doen. Daarnaast was er een parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar op een veilige en afgesloten parkeerplaats. Een klein minpuntje was het gebruik van het zwembad; dit was alleen mogelijk in het bijzijn van een begeleider en was dagelijks van 12.30 tot 15.30 uur gesloten. Het zwembad was na 15 september helaas helemaal gesloten, ondanks het mooie weer. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement was werkelijk adembenemend, vooral tijdens de zonsondergang. Het was een perfecte plek. Communicatie met Daniele verliep prettig!

Non potevamo trovare miglior host Casa impeccabile,tranquilla e calma,perfetta per noi e le nostre due neonate Marco e Manuela gentilissimi e sempre reattivi nella comunicazione e nell’aiuto su richieste come la legna per il barbecue e indicazioni su cosa fare e vedere,senza contare il fantastico pane,fatto in casa,che praticamente ogni mattina ci facevano trovare Devo anche ringraziare marco per la vera focaccia ligure fatta con le sue mani,ne avrei mangiata un kg😂 Se cercate tranquillità,degli host non invadenti ma sempre presenti e rispettosi,la Totòhouse è il posto giusto Grazie ancora di tutto

Der Aufenthalt war super! Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist top – ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Die Gastgeberin Gisèle war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

My stay was very pleasant! I’m glad I found this gem. The style is great, everything was clean, and the surroundings were amazing. The location is very central, with everything you need close by. You can really tell the owner put a lot of effort into creating such a cozy and modern space, which is quite rare to find. Philippe communicated very well and was easy to reach—he was always responsive. Thank you so much! I’m looking forward to being back.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nell'alloggio di Flavio, alloggio dotato di tutto il necessario, ci siamo trovati a nostro agio come a casa nostra. Flavio è una persona molto disponibile e flessibile negli orari di arrivo e partenza e sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Io con la mia famiglia ci tornerei volentieri e lo consiglio vivamente.

Ho trascorso assieme alla mia famiglia un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento. La posizione è davvero ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni(spiaggia,budello…) ed è anche ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. La pulizia dell’appartamento è impeccabile. Ogni angolo curato nei minimi dettagli con stanze accoglienti e ben ordinate. Un plauso speciale va ad Omar il gestore che è sempre disponibile e pronto ad assistere in ogni richiesta. La sua cordialità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Bordighera dans cet appartement de grande qualité, aux finitions soignées et à la décoration élégante. L’accès est facile, la vue est tout simplement magnifique, et le cadre très paisible. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique, toujours disponible et à l’écoute. Il a su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable grâce à sa gentillesse et à son attention aux détails. Un vrai coup de cœur pour le spa intérieur qu’il propose en option : un espace de bien-être parfaitement pensé, avec une ambiance relaxante et la possibilité de profiter de massages professionnels sur place. C’est une véritable expérience sensorielle à ne pas manquer ! La piscine et le jacuzzi, inclus dans le séjour, complètent à merveille ce lieu déjà exceptionnel. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Séjour de 4 jours très agréable car le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description et les explications de l hôte étaient parfaitement claires. Si nous n avions pas eu de contraintes familiales nous aurions bien souhaité rester trois ou quatre jours de plus tant nous étions bien et enthousiastes. Adresse à conserver si nous retournons vers Menton.

We loved our stay at Adriana's place in Menton. The apartment is modern, clean, secure and it had amazing water views and access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, appliances, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. We were greeted and checked out personally, which created a personal connection with the hostess. She toured us around the property, the secure garage where we parked our rental car, and made suggestions for dinners out and things to do. The apartment is located directly at the water's edge, giving you quick access to the beach and beautiful promenade. It's also located above France's #1 bakery, which was an amazing and unexpected perk. My husband and I had an amazing time in Menton, and we will be staying at Adriana's place again. She was so lovely and has been a huge help in recommending places to visit, wineries, art experiences during our time on the Riviera.

Barbaras Unterkunft war fantastisch, das Beste was ich auf Airbnb bisher überhaupt gebucht hatte. Ausstattung top. So ein wunderschönes Appartement mitten in der Natur mit Blick auf die Berge. Für Ruhesuchende ohne Ablenkung. Auch Barbaras Eltern sind so liebevoll, immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank 💜

La struttura è un residence con tutti i confort, il mare è raggiungibile a piedi da un sentiero piuttosto impegnativo, per comodità abbiamo sempre usato la macchina considerando che in bassa stagione si trova agevolmente parcheggio sul lungomare.

Nous avons reçu un acceuil chaleureux et très sympatique de Valérie et Pascal. Ils ont fait part de generosité et ont été de bons conseils ! Leur joli maison est très propre et bien equipée. Nous la recommandons à tous et y retournerons sans hesiter !

Jag rekommenderar Jean-Marcs vackra och rymliga hus med en fantastisk utsikt över Medelhavet Det var mycket rent och välutrustat Huset hade 2 stora altaner där vi njöt av både frukost och middagar. Vi var 7 vuxna och hade gott om plats. Vi vill gärna återkomma Mvh Ann-Marie

Un posto stupendo e un host ospitale e gentile. Abbiamo trascorso delle giornate rilassanti sentendoci a casa, torneremo!

Marias Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der nicht einsehbare Garten und recht große Pool ebenfalls. Es handelt sich um ein abgeschlossenes Grundstück in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Man merkt, dass die Besitzer hier selbst wohnen und nicht nur vermieten. Aufgrund der aktuellen CoVid-19 Situation waren wir weitestgehend Selbstversorger. Die Küche ist modern und komplett eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Ohne Auto geht es allerdings nicht - der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 10 min entfernt und die nächste Bäckerei ca. 5 min. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten, sowie zwei geschmackvoll eingerichtete Badezimmer. Zusätzlich befindet sich im Keller ein gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum mit Gewichten, Fahrrad usw. Die Internetverbindung ist gut und schnell. Maria antwortet stets schnell auf Fragen und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und können diese Villa für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern absolut empfehlen.

The place was amazing with a fantastic view, clean and well maintained. It was close to the charming town of Sospel which had many restaurants. Notre séjour a été du 4 étoiles. La maison de Mr Petrini est un petit bijou au calme en pleine campagne et bénéficie d'une multitude de points positifs : elle est tout d'abord impeccable et incroyablement bien agencée ; il y a un très grand espace extérieur avec très grande terrasse, terrain de boules, jeux pour les enfants (cages de foot, trampoline, vélos, toboggan etc). Mr Petrini est aux petits soins et continuellement joignable ; Et la location en elle même est facile d'accès et proche de toutes les commodités (proche sortie de l'autoroute, du village de la Turbie et de la Trinité (Auchan)). Un sans faute!!

Hôtes très accueillant.j’ai été reçu par Sebastien. Villa très magnifique avec une vue splendide, la cuisine grande et fonctionnelle. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.on a passé de belles vacances dans un endroit paisible.endroit idéal pour passer des vacances en famille.on reviendra surement une prochaine fois si on est dans le coin. N’hésitez pas à louer cette villa avec toutes les accommodations.
