We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.

My place is close to public transportation, parks, and plenty of restaurants, bars & shopping. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, comfy bed, neighborhood, and the ambiance. We do live in the home, but when guests rent we spend the time at our cabin, so you would have the house to yourselves.

Super comfortable, peaceful, and clean! 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. You can also take the train - which is only two blocks away. This is a split-level home and this listing is for the lower floor with a private entrance. Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest park with tennis court. The neighborhood is full of families and very quiet and safe. If you are looking to throw a party, please don't book my home.
