The view from the kitchen table is absolutely stunning. The place is located right on the outskirts of Andenes city center and it is a short walk to everything. Until June 2027, "The Whale" will be built on the neighboring property. Some noise is to be expected during the day. The Andenes Lighthouse is being renovated. This is to be sandblasted and painted. House of Hulda - a place for rest and inspiration.

A little house off the beaten track, between mountain and ocean. It has everything you need for a peaceful retreat and a chance to recharge in nature’s embrace. Built after the war by a woman named Hulda, it’s still known to the locals as “Hulda-huset.” My husband and I spent a year renovating it with local materials, honouring its original design. Today, it also serves as an Artist Residency, with artworks from past and future guests gradually filling its walls.
