Beachfront holiday rental in Andros

Everything was perfect, just like the listing showed. Fantastic location, with the surrounding parking. The room is new, hot water plentiful, with a minibar kitchen, and a TV with Netflix, etc. The only minus was that the faucet can be heard from the next room and the soundproofing not so good. The Host was very polite and generally all wonderful. I highly recommend it!!

This place is a “you have to see it to believe it” location. Never have I ever felt more at home in the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. The villa has such an incredible blend of rustic with modern amenities. I hope I am lucky to return back to this place one day.

Centrally located in Batsi, the house is completely functional and - mainly - it is a house and not a room. It has an atmosphere and a home feeling. It was our best stay and we've been going to Andros for at least 10 years now.

Chrysanthi’s Andros House was wonderful. Although very small, it has everything you need for your stay.. The staircase to the bedroom looks tricky but handles in the right place make the ascent easy and you find the right technique very quickly. The bed was also very comfortable. The location is perfect: away from the centre of activity to avoid the noise and close enough that you still feel in the thick of it. Very close to one of the town’s beaches. I highly recommend it to the solo traveller or the couple who travels with little luggage. Chrysanthi was easily contactable to help with any issue.

I stayed for a month while working remotely and can warmly recommend the flat with sea vier from the balcony, strong WLAN, its equipment (detergent and laundry tabs etc.) and surroundings (I traveled without car). Elpidoforos is an amazing host. He is super friendly and always helped me out with advice and great recommendations to visit. Thank you! 😊

This place was so nice to stay! It was beautiful, quiet, and the balcony had an amazing view. Anastasia was an amazing host and left us wine, snacks, and baked bread! The area is very walkable with lots of great restaurants and fun vibes at night. There is beach access only a few minutes away from the studio. Amazing!

Theofilos was very kind and responsive. The house is in a good location at the centre of Batsi and was very clean. However, there was some noise at the night because of the clubs nearby. Although it is highly recommended!

An amazing stay for our group of 6! The views were beautiful and the space was extremely comfortable. It was walking distance to all the restaurants in Batsi and the supermarket as well. Spyros was very kind and took great care of us—we will definitely rebook if we are lucky enough to visit Andros again in the future!

First of all thank you for a lovely house in an amazing location and a great atmosphere, We were a family with five peopled and we loved and enjoyed the house very much

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this villa was something special. The architecture is stunning—modern yet warm, with every detail carefully considered. Expansive glass doors blur the line between indoors and out.The centerpiece, though, is undeniably the infinity pool. It offers an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Amazing sunset. Nice outdoor furniture. The interior design complements the setting perfectly: minimalist yet luxurious and an earthy palette. The bedrooms have own bathrooms and most of them also doors to the garden. Ideal for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and a bit of architectural inspiration. Location-wise, it's equally exceptional. A short walk brings you to a beautiful beach (5 min). In the other direction you find lively fishing village, home to about 20 traditional tavernas. Great thanks also to Sonia (taking care of the house) for all good recommendations and for helping us with rening motorbikes.

We had the best time! Everything was super clean and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is ideal - you are a 5 minute drive to the best strip of restaurants and cocktail bars. Highly recommend :)

The villa is very comfortable, well maintained and stocked, stylishly decorated and very clean. Its positioning and view above the sea makes it a stunning location and idyllic for a relaxing, and peaceful holiday. The pool is a good size and beautiful, with lots of seats and loungers, and shade if wanted. Although it’s shared, we had it to ourselves most days. The nearest beaches are lovely and there are local restaurants, a mini supermarket and good bakery too. You do need a car, both for the steep incline to the villa and to access the many lovely beaches around the island. Andros is a beautiful choice of Greek island for those wanting peace and tranquility. The wind kept the heat feeling manageable. Lia and her husband were both very welcoming and friendly and made an extra effort for us to check in a bit early which was helpful. They were on hand with advice whenever needed.thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

The location and the views were great! The beach is just a 2 minute walk away. Overall, it was a great experience!

This was perfect for our family of 5. We spent many hours researching the different Greek islands and places to stay and such, and we made the right choice for so many reasons. Keira was a very friendly host; she could made us bread and zucchini pie and transported us to and from the port. We did rent a car for part of our stay, but you can easily get by without one. After seeing the other side of the island, I can say that we chose the correct side. The indoor spaces are wonderful, but it's the outdoor space that makes this house perfect. The plunge pool cools you down instantly, and you can always roll a day bed to a shady spot on the very large patio. The beaches are in walking distance, as are some good eating options. We highly recommend Keira's place.

Such a special stay! We spent the weekend here and honestly, it was amazing. The place was super cozy and beautifully put together — every little detail felt thoughtfully designed. The mix of modern simplicity and Cycladic interior design gave it such a unique vibe, and everything was spotless. The view from the room was just stunning (both at the sunset and sunrise) — we caught ourselves just sitting and staring out at it more than once. What made our stay even more special was the hospitality. Both our hostess was incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back.

A great stay for our family as we sought a slower pace for our time. The home was well furnished and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, accomodate the 4 of us, and enjoy time inside and outdoors. The view of the sea from the covered front porch was amazing! We ate dinner out there every night! The wifi was reliable and covered everywhere we used it. There was plenty of space for all of us to find our own quiet place to enjoy some time reading or relaxing.

A peaceful gem away from the hustle and bustle of Batsi We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, which turned out to be a real gem. It's small but perfectly functional, clean, and equipped with all the essentials. The location is fantastic, far from the chaos of Batsi, offering a unique sense of tranquility. The view is priceless: having breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea and the islands across from Andros is an experience that gives you a special energy to start your day. The only minor downside is the bathroom, which is a bit small and has no shower tray. However, the outdoor shower more than makes up for it and becomes a very appreciated resource. We had a great time at Eliana's place and would definitely return

Great little place to spend your days in Andros, close to Batsi, super clean and easy to find. Great communication in advance with clear instructions how to get there from Katerna. Luckily enough, we were even allowed to enter earlier than the regular check in time, which was great as we left our bags and went straight to the beach. 10/10, recommended.

We had an unforgettable time staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Batsi, Andros. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, walking distance to everything you need. Batsi is a lovely town with a laid-back vibe, perfect for relaxing and exploring the beauty of Andros. This villa is wonderful and highly recommend. The location is great, an amazing taverna at the top of the drive, and a short 15-20min walk into Batsi. Beaches nearby are some of the best on the island. Villa has everything you need and a path down to the rocky shore (good for snorkeling). The drive is fairly steep but fine and wifi a little patchy but mostly worked ok. Was a good size for us, family of four, didn't really use the living room on the middle floor and has good outside shady spaces, including for the car which was good. The sweet treats were a nice touch too, we loved this villa, thank you
