Tomten ligger i inbäddad av villan och gästhuset. Det gör att det ofta är lä och ger möjlighet till middagar ute på den rejäla verandan. We are happy to share our private house with fantastic surroundings with you who appreciate and respect entering our home. Svanshall is a gem on the northern part of the Kulla Peninsula.

Det tar ca 15 med tåg till Helsingborg och 7 min till Ängelholm. Det tar ca 45min med tåg och färja till Helsingör, Danmark och mindre än 2 timmar med tåg till Köpenhamn. 15min med bil till strand och 10min med bil till golfbana. Lekplats finns i närheten samt Automat. Till havet med sandstrand är bara 11km.

The house has a quiet and nice location on a cul-de-sac (unobstructed view of Hallandsåsen). 120 sqm, plot 2000 sqm. Dogs are welcome. Bicycles, kayak, games, etc. for loan. One of Bjäre's best beaches 600 meters. About 4 km to the railway station and 7 km to the nearest ICA (Grevie). Padel court and summer shop about 400 meters. We prefer to rent out weekly, but weekends also work. Cleaning + SEK 2,000. Bed linens and towels are not included.
