Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee. A very nice swimming area with a jetty and changing room is only 200 meters away. Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
