I stayed for a month in this 1BR condo and had a fantastic experience. The place was super comfortable, with a great view that I never got tired of. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive—any questions I had were answered quickly. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with, great place to stay if you are looking for something that is walkable to many restaurants. The building is connected to uptown mall so you don’t have to walk outside if it’s raining. We enjoy our stay and definitely go back again. Thank you Aeryka!!

We would definitely book this place again if the need arises. The place was clean when we arrived and felt very homey. I even asked if the unit was available for long-term rent. The entire residence was a great place to stay, with a good community and excellent facilities and amenities. It truly felt like home, and we felt secure throughout our stay. William was also very responsive, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better.

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

The place is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially loved the balcony—it even had a designated smoking area, which was a nice bonus. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. I’ll definitely be booking again!

The space is incredibly clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need—whether it's for a short stay or a longer one. The quiet neighborhood adds to the charm, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Marylou herself is a true gem. Warm, welcoming, and full of that "cool mom" vibe we’ve come to love. She always greets me and my wife with genuine laughter and joy, and her communication is top-notch—detailed, prompt, and thoughtful. What more could you ask for? A fantastic place and an amazing host. Definitely a 10/10 experience. No wonder we’ve booked here three times already—and it certainly won’t be the last. This is our go-to spot whenever we need a quick escape from reality. Highly recommended!

It feels really in the country when entered. Especially the smell, very fresh, especially when you're grilling. It's worth it kc you can save on transpo because it's really within meters. Super place and rooms! She's perfect for me especially if I'm really artistic. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and I didn't rush to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

We had a great experience during our stay. The room was clean, cozy, and kitchen was fully equipped. Everything we needed was there. The only minor issue was that the shower door wouldn’t close properly, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort. Thank you!

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The unit was clean. Just a quick 10 to 12-minute drive to BGC and Venice Grand Canal Mall. There’s also a mall within the property, so everything you need is super convenient. Would recommend.
