Life is better on the summit! 1 mile from the entrance to Sierra at Tahoe Ski Resort. Sitting on an acre of natural meadow and marsh land, the property includes the American River headwaters. Enjoy our remodeled interior w/ fireplace and rear deck with hot tub & fire pit. In the winter, we get a lot more snow than in the basin. Typically 15 min to the Y and 25 min to Stateline. Note the cabin is *on* Hwy 50 (some road noise) and is not "in town". This gets you closer to Sac and Sierra at Tahoe.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Great location, unit was clean and well equipped, and very affordable. we were able to walk to many of the spots we ended up hanging out at from the apartment/condo. Check in was a little scary because the front desk had us checking in a day later and only staying for two days despite our reservation/booking saying otherwise. I was afraid we were going to have to find another place to stay for a night, but the front desk manager took care of us and got us in!

Jason’s place has a great location in south Tahoe - it is around 22 min to the Emerald Bay. This becomes a very important thing for us, so we can visit Emerald Bay before sunset and avoid the crowd. The place is quiet. The only concern about cleanses is that we saw one mouse one night. Other than that, everything’s good. The place can get cold even in summer. But using the heater in the bedroom can solve the problem.

Patrick's cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of four (2 kids, 2 adults) for our annual Tahoe summer vacation. The cabin is gorgeous, impeccably clean and outfitted with everything you could possibly need (well appointed kitchen, bathroom amenities, etc.). The location on the West Shore is the perfect launch point for summer adventuring (hikes, biking, lake access, etc.) and the neighborhood is very quiet/peaceful. We appreciated the thorough instructions/videos provided and Patrick's prompt responses to questions, which made for a smooth stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
