Huge patio deck with views of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort. Less than 5 min drive to Boulder or Stage Coach ski lift. Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Spend the day on the slopes and then come back for a soak in the hot tub, complete with cozy white spa robes. Spend the evening cooking up dinner in the well equipped kitchen or relaxing and playing board games in the living room around the gas fireplace. Experience Lake Tahoe living at it's finest!
