We spent a weekend in this accommodation with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in accordance with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained arrival. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well placed to discover the city on foot. I highly recommend it ☀️

Very good welcome despite our delay, service up to our expectations

Beautiful accommodation, very nice and well thought out! The balcony is great, both for breakfast and for the end of the afternoon! Very well located, you can quickly get to La Rochelle by train with the train station 5 mins' walk away. Access to the beach and tasting hut right next door! Thank you to Stéphanie for the welcome, looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

Great apartment!..stayed here with my two adult daughters for 2 weeks. Extremely comfortable and convenient. Everything very clean and working very well. Comfortable and cosy. Safe and quiet area, very easy to access La Rochelle centre. Jessica was very responsive and helpful to any questions/needs. Highly recommended! 😊😊😊

A haven of peace close to everything, shops, beaches, bike paths. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The Chai is very comfortable and you feel at home, everything is there to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The ideal outdoor space for meals or just lounging and enjoying. The plus: the large garage or car and bicycles are sheltered. A big thank you to Nicolas from the Concierge for his availability and welcome, not to mention the very appreciable welcome gift We will rest our suitcases with great pleasure soon, that's for sure

Pleasant and clean accommodation, just a small downside with the toilet paper which in my opinion, is a little tight for 1 night with 2 people 😊 Otherwise very well

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvie's. Everything was luxury, calm, and pleasure! A fantastic family moment! We loved this house! Functional, bright, friendly and with this wonderful pool!! In short, we would have stayed much longer... We'll be back! Sylvie was a charming host and attentive to us! Don't hesitate! Eyes closed! Beautiful and atypical accommodation, beautifully restored. We had a great weekend , very nice terrace. Quiet environment. We were very well hosted by Jean -Christophe and his daughter.

Celine’s house is so beautiful and the perfect location for a quiet getaway. Celine is an amazing host and the way she has designed this home is perfect and thoughtfully laid out. We had 3 adults staying and it was plenty of room and the pool was so lovely to get to enjoy. We hope to get to come back again sometime soon!

We had a pleasant stay on the island of Ré. The house is very well located in the very center of the La Flotte district, a few steps from the market as well as the port. spacious and quiet house. the 2 exteriors are a big plus. won't be happy to go back!

Very good stay at Angelique and Christophe's. The residence is very well located on the island and pedestrian access to the fleet is very fast. The accommodation is refurbished, very tasteful and the layout is functional. The bedding is great😊. Angelique is very responsive and attentive. I'll be back 😊

I rented the accommodation on May 29, 2025 for 3 nights, this is a nice apartment in a good location, very well equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing to have a great stay Very good exchanges with the host, I will gladly rent again if I had to come back to La Rochelle

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Great stay!! We highly recommend the accommodation for its location, activities and 100m from the port!! Our host was great and explained the surroundings to us very well. And the most, parking! We will come back without hesitation:)
