Our bed and bath linens are high-end, the condominium has 24-hour security, several beaches with clear and calm waters, as well as a waterfall within the condominium. There is a deck for boats, and Ilha Grande is 20 minutes away by boat, while Lagoa Azul is 15 minutes away.

The house has a large living room, an open kitchen and 1 full bathroom on the lower level, and 2 suites with stunning sea views on the upper level. A lovely lawn with a barbecue and wood-burning stove. It has a mooring for boats and a pier (shared with the house next door and used only when necessary). The house is equipped with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens.
