Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Anguilla

This is a great place to stay. Each of the 2 bedrooms and accompanying bathrooms was huge, as was the front living room area. There is a smaller study room with 2 single beds, although technically not a bedroom b/c it doesn't have a closet or window shades. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the front and back patios are delightful. There were 3 beach chairs and plenty of beach towels + large clothes washer & dryer. Wifi was excellent. A/C great too. Communication with Rochelle and her concierge team (Aline & Katie) was excellent - Katie was terrific and responsive. Fruit punch and chips & salsa, and a few bottles of water at check-in was very thoughtful. The bedrooms face east and have blackout curtains on the patio glass doors, but side windows are not covered, so they are not completely dark and get some morning light. The neighborhood is low-key, safe and mostly quiet, although if you are sensitive to noise, you might want earplugs for the roosters in the morning.

The apartment was more spacious than anticipated and tastefully decorated, with modern appliances and furnishings. Having a washer and dryer was a convenient perk, and we greatly appreciated the included detergent. While the air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room cooled the space efficiently, we often opted to open the windows for fresh, cool breezes. The shower functioned well, offering consistent warm water pressure. The bedroom was generously sized, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, a television, and ample storage for clothing. Extra linens and towels were thoughtfully provided. An additional television in the kitchen/living area added to the comfort of the space. Thank you for providing a workspace and chair to use with our laptops. We stayed for more than a week and would definitely return. This is a safe place in a local neighborhood, not a tourist location. When questions came up, we got an immediate response from Katy and her partner.

The studio apartment was even better than the photos! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and modern, and it was the perfect size for my husband and I. It’s also in a great location—less than 15 minutes from beaches and amazing restaurants. Twyla and Mackie were excellent hosts! They were extremely responsive and they brought us to and from the port! They even made renting a car on the island an easy and smooth process! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Anguilla!

We had a wonderful time staying at Indira and George. Not only are they warm and friendly, but always ready to help. George picked us up from the ferry. They provided us with a phone with a local number and internet for our stay. They even gave us mangoes and papayas from their garden—which were absolutely delicious—and Indira came by the first morning to bring us fresh croissants from a local bakery. Their three dogs are adorable. The Hibiscus cottage had everything we needed, including beach chairs and an umbrella. It’s also located at a five minute drive from Shoal Bay—one of the best beaches on the island. We also rented a car from them at a reasonable price (you will need a car to move around the island). Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our accommodation. Thank you so much for everything, Indira and George!

We just finished our first stay at CARTeas and totally enjoyed the home. It is modern, clean, and has all the amenities to make your visit very comfortable. The patio was awesome, and you are very close to the airport, so you can watch airplanes takeoff and land! Since it's on the second floor, there was always a nice breeze. Njeri contacted us on several occasions just to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Just a little bit about our expectations when finding a place to stay in AXA. My wife and I visit AXA 8-10 times per year. We select either a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom place depending on the number of friends/family coming with us. We always rent a car and don't need to be on the beach which saves a LOT of money. CARTeas is located near the center of the island so you are close to everything....beaches, dining, groceries, etc! We have stayed at several places in AXA and CARTeas is by far the BEST 2 bedroom home that we have stayed at. Highly recommend!

Myron's place is simply amazing! You can definitely tell that a lot of love was put in that place. Clean and very cosy. The possibilty to get a rental car is incredibly convenient as well. Myron is very friendly, super responsive and gives gives great tips and he even came to pick us up at the terminal. The experience is a 10/10!

Darius was super responsive and made our stay seamless. We felt like we were at home and very very comfortable. This will be the place where we stay everytime we come to Anguilla (pending availability of course lol)

I've stayed at two of Eugenia's listing's and they were both great! She responded withing 10 minutes if I needed anything. One evening I had an issue with the sink and she was there in less than 30 minutes to fix it. Her listings are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. She provided a brand new kitchen sponge, spices, extra linens, bath soap, detergent, etc. Eugenia is a great host and I would stay again if her listing is available. I highly recommend her!

We stayed at the Bellamare Penthouse for 7 days and it was perfect for us. We love staying on Shoal Bay and walked end to end every day. We were able to get down to the beach easily using the path next to Serenity and also enjoyed breakfast at Serenity. Kelita and the rest of the team are great, the PH is spacious, and the view is gorgeous. We've been visiting Anguilla almost every year since 2012 and highly recommend this location!

It's a good value to stay here in a nice neighborhood. Short drives to many beaches, food, and grocery stores. The rooms on the west side of the house can get a little warm with enough afternoon sun. WiFi and TV worked great. Anguilla was beautiful with many friendly people.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Desert Rose Cottage. It is in a wonderful location between Shoal Bay East and Island Harbour, with plenty of beaches, bars and fine restaurants close by. The high-ceilinged cottage is sunny, very spacious, bigger than expected, with a large shared open living area and kitchen, two large air-conditioned bedrooms, and two full baths. The many screened windows allow breezes to flow throughout the house from every side, and multiple ceiling fans also keep air flow pleasant. I was amazed by the large and new washer and dryer, meaning you can pack minimal clothing for your stay and be just fine. Each room has its own wall-mounted flatscreen TV, there is plenty of closet space, and Marian provides beach chairs and umbrellas if you want to go to a more remote beach. This is a great spot for two couples or a family of four. I will definitely return to this home upon future visits to Anguilla. Thank you Marian!

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

this was our 3 rd time staying in one of Debra's places and everything was excellent as usual, thanks again Debra we will be back

Lisa is thoughtful and welcoming host. She presents as very proud of her rental and so happy to share it with others. As she should! This place is AMAZING! So welcoming, clean, peaceful and quiet, a hidden gem! Great location, safe, easy road access and incredibly well provisioned. Lisa’s touches have made this a very welcome and comfortable retreat. After adventuring all day it’s nice to return to a hot shower and a comfortable space. Pictures don’t really do justice. It’s a large space and provides a view of the water and sunrise! We will hope that Lisa’s place is available during our next visit to Anguilla!

Carls place was just as described and nice and speciation for a big group on a girls trip. He was very responsive and gave some great local recommendations. We were welcomed with a big fruit basket which was a lovely surprise. The house had all the amenities you need so highly recommend

First, the view from the house is absolutely breathtaking! The photos don't do the house or the view justice. The house looks better in person than it does in the listing photos - pristine and bright. Plus there is air conditioning in EVERY room, not just the bedrooms, so we stayed cool. Even though we had a rental car, we were met at the airport, escorted to the rental car agency and then to the house. The concierge service was also first-rate. We used it for everything from stocking the refrigerator, to restaurant and activity suggestions and reservations, to booking transfers, to arranging a private chef to cook an Easter dinner that our finicky teenager described as the best meal he'd ever had. The location is central to great beaches, resorts where you can get day passes, golf at the stunning Aurora and everything we wanted to do. Can't say enough great things about Enesh's place. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing location, short walk and even shorter drive to Shoal Bay Beach. Stay included beach passes for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella at Tropical Sunset, which was a delicious and very friendly beach bar and grill. The space itself was beautiful and spacious for a group of 6 26- year olds. Also great location for families. I do recommend renting a vehicle to travel the island but it is not needed to the beach, unless you’re traveling with someone who can’t easily walk. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sunset Seclusion is the perfect location for just wanting to relax in a peaceful and quiet area. Restaurants and attractions are close by at Anguilla’s pristine and world renowned Shoal Bay East Beach. The view from this unit’s terrace at sunset is truly mesmerizing! That will be the memory I take back home with me. I can only imagine the view from the 3rd floor unit that is being completed. The unit is welcoming and fully furnished with everything that I needed to be comfortable. There is a 65" Smart TV in the living room and a 55" one in the bedroom. The entire unit is powered with super cool ACs although they are not needed due to the strong, tropical, fresh breeze. Donovan is a great host and made me feel at home. I’d definitely come back and stay again!

First i would like to thank Donovan for inviting me into his space. From the moment we arrived, Donovan went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The place is much more beautiful in person. The attention to detail was incredible—[ even leaving booklets with recommendations like nearby restaurants etc]. Communication was seamless, and Donovan was always quick to respond to any questions and super patient with me seeing that this is my first time on the island. The location was perfect— close to shoals bay and not far from the town where you can find supermarkets etc. We truly felt at home and appreciated the warm hospitality. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate—it’s an absolute gem! We can’t wait to return. Thank you, Donovan, for such an amazing experience!

Our stay at the Condo in Swing High was absolutely incredible. Kevin’s space was spotless, beautifully modern and exactly as pictured, if not better. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing overnight stay. Their hospitality was top tier. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and even provided a rental car upon same day request. Also, they gave us great suggestions on where to visit which truly enhanced our experience on the island. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Anguilla. We’ll be back for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location is perfect, just a quick 1-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. The unit was exactly as pictured and described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Prudence was attentive and brought a great sense of humor during check-in, and Denise was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, highly recommend!

Beautiful space and the most perfect location on meads bay. It’s quiet, super nice guest and staff too. Unit is on 4th floor with no elevator (we knew in advance). The steps are worth the incredible views. We will be back!

Yvette's place is AMAZING! We are a family of 4 with two adult children, so the space was perfect for us. Plenty of space and privacy. Large kitchen with everything you need. The location was great, as we were near everything. The yard is large and has an area for barbecuing and an area to sit and make a fire. The upstairs unit has a lovely view of St. Maarten and the sea, which we did not expect. It's very quiet and easy to get to. The beds were comfortable, with nice bedding, and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer, (in each unit). The decks were nice and large enough to do yoga on. Many nice touches, such as beach chairs, (not needed given all of the beach bars with lounge chairs!), snorkeling equipment, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The units are very spacious and clean. We really can't say enough great things about Yvette's place! We would absolutely come back!

Lisa's condo was very spacious and meticulously clean. It is quiet with incredible ocean views. Kitchen had a complimentary 5 gallon water jug and starter kitchen basics. Lisa was very responsive to our questions and even found a reputable children's agency that would rent a pack n play for our son. The only negative is a terrible bumpy unpaved 0.5 miles of a back road leading to the condo: use a high profile SUV if you must. Otherwise, we loved staying in this home away from home.
