The property was exactly same as shown in pictures and as described. It is very conveniently located to restaurants, beaches, stores and market. You also get cars and bike on rental in premises. Host were great and were highly responsive to all issues that we faced and provided us with resolutions as per their capability. The property is good for family stay and also the swimming pool is well maintained and clean.

There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. The location, view, service, cleanliness, and the aesthetics were fairly decent. Would highly recommend this place to my friends. Swati and Deepak are both very helpful and readily available which enhanced the stay further. Overall a very peaceful and happy stay.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

I stayed at Comfort Quarters for 5 days.. it's a great place to stay.. beautiful surroundings, quite private but easily accessible highway too. The place has all amenities that are mentioned. cool place, I recommend it.

The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was very airy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spotless, and the washrooms were exceptionally clean as well. The host was extremely polite and thoughtful, always making sure we were taken care of. Salim, the caretaker, was also very helpful,he assisted us with our bags during check-in. The host even arranged a cab for our drop to the airport, which was a lovely gesture. The location was just perfect,everything we needed was close by and easily accessible. As an added bonus, the host also provided a complimentary clean-up during our stay.Highly recommended.
