I stay in a lot of airbnbs every year and I’d have to rank this as one of the best. Everything is clean, modern, and updated. Furniture is high quality. The beds are amazing. The neighborhood is also quiet and peaceful. I wish I lived at this Airbnb, my entire crew and myself loved it.

Great place to stay . Very roomy lots of couches outside space was great. Comfortable beds the kitchen was great. They had everything you’d need. Totally recommend this place.

Great location...close to food, shopping and the RecPlex. Townhouse was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

Thank you for the great set up in your home for a fun filled family long weekend while we celebrated our son’s graduation. The home had a very large open floor plan which made for a great set up for our large family. They loved the huge sun porch with table and chairs, large backyard, hot tub, pool and we had a fire every night at the fire pit with s’mores. The home is clean and maintained well and it was easy to communicate with Hannah. Thanks so much for the great Airbnb!

We came to town for the Redbull soapbox derby and it was a nice quiet convenient place to come back to and relax. The pool, yard games and hot tub were nice for the young adults with us.

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

The home is large and great for many people. The party barn was an amazing place to hang out with family and play games. The home and yard is very private, we saw deer running across the yard. The check in and check out was so easy.

We absolutely loved our time here. This place is a gem - 10/10. The host was very welcoming, had wonderful communication and went above and beyond for our stay. The house is incredible, the pool and hot tub were amazing and everything is maintained very well. I saw some reviews about there only being one bathroom with a shower, our group of ladies were aware and planned accordingly and it was no issue for us at all (there is more than one bathroom to clarify, just one with a shower). There are TONS of comfortable spots throughout the house to get ready. We had many plans to get out in Des Moines while visiting, and we truly just never wanted to leave the house, we were enjoying it that much. We are already looking for dates to come back next year. Garrett and Tiffani made their place feel like home. Perfect layout for our large family. Lots of fun things for our kids of every age to do. Plenty of space as well. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to parks and food. The hosts quickly responded to any inquiries and were great at overall information regarding the rental. We would definitely stay here again. My littles loved the red house. 100% recommend the house and hosts.

This little home was so perfect in every way. They had fun activities like board games and toys for kids. The kitchen was wonderful and had a few snacks in place, which was extremely thoughtful. We enjoyed the train going by (it wasn't very loud and passed by relatively quick). The bed was so comfy after a day of exploring Iowa! Overall, I really enjoyed our stay in Iowa. It felt like a like a perfect little home away from home. Now, I can't wait for us to come back to visit again!

The home is very clean and as described. Elaina is quick to respond with any questions and very helpful. There was an issue with our initial home we rented that was unexpected and beyond her control and she went out of her way to help us get into this home. We are very grateful for all she does!

We were only there one night but our family was very comfortable. Love the big living room!

We had a great time! This was a perfect, private space for myself, my husband, and our dog to hang out during the week leading up to our wedding in Des Moines. We sat for hours in the backyard Adirondack chairs soaking up the beautiful spring Iowa weather. The neighborhood was also very walkable and safe. Super clean and had all the amenities we needed!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very homey. Plenty of towels. Very good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen appeared stocked. We didn’t use the kitchen but you definitely could cook a meal. The living room was great to relax in and the back patio was inviting with chairs to sit in. This was a lovely place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Menika check in prior to our stay and during our stay just to make sure everything was going well. Lovely home, loved the couches! We felt very at home and comfortable. It was great to have so much space and so many bathrooms!

Great lodging for a large group of teenagers in town for a conference in Des Moines. The house was very nice, very very nice! The host was very accommodating for our size of group. The neighborhood is super nice.

Beautiful home with a lot of special touches like snacks, full size shampoo, conditioner & body soap. Extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen with spices.

We got a great place to stay for a lower price than we expected. The house was very comfortable and was in a clean, peaceful neighborhood. We had no problems at all with the accommodations. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely like to stay here!

Tyler was an amazing host and super responsive to all of our questions! His home was clean and very inviting. It had everything we need for a family of 7. Our daughter was graduating from Iowa State University so the location perfect and easy to get to/from Ames. We highly recommend this home.
