Naarden Fortress is one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands with its beautiful walls, waters and picturesque houses near the Randmeren. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

We rent out five chalets, these are cozy cottages with fantastic views over the meadows with sheep and cows. Recreatie aan de Vecht is located just outside Weesp, on the river Vecht and the Ankeveense lakes. Ideal base for wonderful sailing, cycling and hiking trips or a day in Amsterdam.
