Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located in a small village in Nièvre. All amenities 8 km away (La Machine) and 30 minutes from the Nevers Magny-Cours circuit. Close to Morvan and its beautiful landscapes. Accommodation including an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster...) Fully enclosed land located at the rear of the house. Playground and pétanque court 50 m away... Come and recharge your batteries in this little haven of peace.

Studio among horses

Studio, équipé avec micro kitchenette, sans toutefois possibilité de cuisiner soi-même. Le site ne faisant pas de distinction sur le critère "Animaux Acceptés ", il est indiqué "non", mais demandez moi, la réponse est au cas par cas ! Pour les cavaliers expérimentés, nous proposons également des balades à cheval à la découverte des environs. Vous pouvez aussi venir avec votre cheval. N'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour tout renseignement, nous serons ravis de vous accueillir !

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Adults-only cottage with pool

We look forward to hosting you in our cottage located not far from our house. It has been recently renovated and will offer you a green setting, quiet, comfort and privacy. (naturism possible at the pool). It is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 adult couples without children in order to preserve the tranquility of the place and of each. Ideally located between Loire and Morvan, it will be the starting point for many excursions. (All shops and services are 3 km away)

Chez Alexandra & Simba

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

The Bazois Stage

Detached house located in the heart of the Nièvre in a small hamlet surrounded by its meadows and fields. In the Municipality: ponds for fishing, supervised swimming in summer, marked hiking trails. Loft atmosphere: a large main room with sitting area, dining room, double bed (140 x 190), wardrobe. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Enclosed yard and garden (with garden furniture, barbecue) Secure storage for bicycles, fishing equipment, etc...

Located between Nevers and Moulins , close to the circuit of Nevers magny-cours and not far from decize . This little corner of paradise with its double jacuzzi , indoor & outdoor are there to make you have a very nice stay . For families passing by, a couple for a romantic stay, or car enthusiasts, we will be delighted to welcome you and make you leave relaxed. Looking forward to welcoming you:)

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

25 m2 cottage in the countryside, parking, tranquility, 12 km from Nevers, Magny-Cours circuit (10 km) close to the Sancerre vineyards. Mine museum 15 km away, municipal swimming pool 1.5 km away, all shops. Walk in the forest, fishing. Non-smoking, walk along the Loire, Wi-Fi. Great place to play pétanque, no washing machine. For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.
