The place was beautiful and exactly as the listing and pictures showed. We LOVED the donkeys and miniature horse. It is out in the country, so not close to restaurants, but was perfect for the wedding venue we were attending at The French Farmhouse.

The place was nice and clean. Loved the master bath! Singamma was very accommodating and responsive.

this was a great place to stay it was extremely roomy and comfortable. the only issue we had was the the first time pulling up we couldn't find the place because Google maps was taking us to the back of the house but that is also our fault because we've never been in a sub division like that before. besides that it was a extremely quiet place and near a lot of good to eat places

The Fallon House is my favorite place to stay in Denton. Kendall is an amazing host — so helpful and kind, just always on top of things and a delight to communicate with. It’s a cozy, cute house with everything I need. I’ll stay here as long as they’ll have me, and I recommend anyone else do the same.

This home close to downtown McKinney was perfect for my family! We stay with my two kids (5 & 8) and their grandmother (78) and it met all of our needs. Spacious, clean, and had so many kitchen necessities most AirBNBs don't have. The hidden playroom upstairs with games was a such a big hit with the kids. I was worried about the Texas heat upstairs but their AC system was amazing and had ample ceiling and regular fans to help keep things cool. Michelle was so responsive when anything came up and fixed our problem within minutes, everytime. We have family that lives in Texas and we will definitely be back! The Pool was the icing on top and perfect temp during hot days. Would highly recommend! We could also walk to McKinney (downtown - 15 min walk with the kids) and great shops, food, etc. The kids loved riding the Trolly around too.

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor pool was a fantastic bonus, and the gated parking made things super convenient and secure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sarah’s beautiful property. This is a gorgeous place with peaceful and private surroundings. Private gate makes you feel safe and secure. Very comfortable and spacious, perfect for family get togethers like ours. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. Bells is a small town but you’ll find anything you need close by. Just a short drive into Sherman/Denison or to Bonham. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great stay! We had a company meeting and we are a remote team. This space was perfect! Great space bedroom rise, entertaining space and fantastic backyard. It was great to use the outdoor grill, lounge in the pool / hot tub and even take a stool by the lake. Tim was prompt to respond and great on communication. We will definitely be back!

The apartment was right in front of a dog park with a small really cute patio. It was right in front of a Whole Foods with great options to eat and down the street from multiple amazing restaurants 10 out of 10 would stay again and probably will

We had a great stay at the farmhouse! The house has enough space for all the girls and we loved having the farm as our backdrop for pool days! Leo the dog was so sweet and friendly. We got to make friends with the goats, chickens and cows. Highly recommend using this place as a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s place. The location was great for us and it was also private. Although on the expensive side with all of the amenities including use of washer and dryer as well as enough supplies of towels for everyone it was an exactly what we were looking for. Definitely would recommend!

Roy & Christina are absolutely amazing hosts! Very communicative and accommodating! The photos don’t do this place justice— it looks WAY better in person & is extremely spacious. Would definitely book again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay here and very much enjoyed the pool! Cash/Sarah were very responsive when I messaged them. I originally booked for 3 days and extended it to four and they were very helpful with accepting my request. The area was lovely and very quiet it definitely felt like home. We tried a new ice cream place called Henrys Ice Cream, so if you book this home check it out sometime the staff was very nice and let us try samples before we decided on our flavors it’s only 3 mins away. Overall I would recommend staying here you’ll get your money’s worth and the hosts are very responsive if there are any problems.

I can’t say enough about our stay in this perfect little house. The house was spotless and so comfortable! It was very quiet and peaceful in the RV park. Loved the convenience of the fenced dog park as my dog has never liked to potty on a leash. We will definitely be back! We visit our granddaughter often and we are so happy that we have found this wonderful little one away from home. Thank you Toni!

I was looking for a place where I could have some peace and my dogs could stretch their legs. I never dreamed I would find such a perfect and beautiful spot. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Christine was responsive, kind, proactive, and more. The house had everything I needed, and it was the most relaxed and comfortable. I have felt in a long time. I loved it so much I booked again! If you’re looking for somewhere to get away from it all close to the DFW area you cannot go wrong with this lovely place.

Shannon gave perfect recommendations for food as well as fun things to do in the area. Her accommodations were five star, the apartment was clean and fully stocked! They restocked the firewood every day while we were out to make sure we had it in the evening time. She took us on an awesome ride throughout the property to meet and greet and feed the cows and donkeys and pigs, etc. Shannon was wonderful! She did a load of laundry for us, even though the washer and dryer was not included with our stay! Highly recommend

Great tiny house, actually didn't feel tiny at all for one person. I was working remotely and the internet was strong. There were a few hiccups with some locks but LUANN to the rescue! She was amazing and was very prompt in getting the few issues resolved. At first I was concerned being located in an RV park however, it was very peaceful and quiet. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much to all the hosts but especially LUANN. Give this lady a raise. 😊

Incredibly charming and comfortable! All the creature comforts of home with upgraded amenities. Fun design while keeping it comfortable! Easy walk to town, which had everything you could possibly want and need. I look forward to another stay, definitely on my favorites list.
