Great little house that was very cozy. We really enjoyed our little get away and this house.

We loved it. So charming and a nice spot to relax. After driving 8 hours relaxing in the pool was everywhere. The porch & views are beautiful 😍 Will stay again if available in the future 🙌🏻

We absolutely loved staying a this beautiful little cabin. we stayed here for 7 days and Lacey accommodated an earlier check-in. She was very responsive. The house was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

A great place for a family stay. We loved the layout and style of the home. Everything you need for a home away from home holiday. Gun barrel city is a great town that is really close by. The beds are comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Well thought out property

So as a couple who has been using A B&A over the last 10 years from Tennessee, Texas, Colorado, Oregon & Washington this was the most beautifully decorated & well described B&B. Everything was clean, well maintained, sheets, & linens are top quality. space is perfect for two, location is quiet off the road & peaceful to enjoy that big Texas sky! We would highly recommend Dahrlas place, (except for when we visit again)

This was our sixth stay at one of Cheryl’s river houses, and it was just as wonderful as always! Peaceful mornings on the back porch, watching the wildlife, were the perfect escape. My girls had a blast fishing, and I was able to hop on a Zoom meeting with no Wi-Fi issues at all. We never miss a stop at Jo Momma’s—great burgers and under 10 minutes away. Dinner at TJ’s @ The Old Forge in Bandera was delicious (the white gravy is a must!), and Out of the Way Café remains a favorite. Their breakfasts are amazing, and I’m hooked on the chicken tenders and sandwich. Can’t wait for visit #7!

The home was clean, ready, and welcoming, & stocked with anything we might have needed. LaDonna was very thoughtful of us & just a text away if needed. The view from the main living area is gorgeous. She has one of the prettiest yards and walk to the water. We would definitely go back there again!

This place is one of the prettiest places I have ever been too! So peaceful and quiet. You feel like you have this whole place to yourself. The sunsets were stunning! I can’t wait to go back.

5 adults, 2 children, 3 generations had a great stay! Sherieis a delight and provides everything we wanted, needed. The decor os great and fun! Highly recpmmend

This place has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, just bring your clothes and food! They’ve even thought of your furry friends, providing a dog kennel with blankets and dog food trays. We especially appreciated the complimentary eggs during our visit. There’s also a great selection of Blu-ray DVDs, which the kids enjoyed a lot. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful family getaway!

This was my second time staying at this amazing place, and it won’t be the last! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Hill Country, close to all the best shopping and fun spots like Wimberley. After a fun day out, coming back to this clean, fresh, and super cozy home was just what I needed. The host was also kind enough to offer a late checkout, which was such a nice bonus. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough—already looking forward to my next stay!

We booked this place for the privacy and the unique bathrooms and were not disappointed! This place is super secluded with a private pool and spa that overlooks the dry blanco river bed. We hiked thru the ravine and saw deer, lizards and just about every species of migratory bird in the area. The painted buntings were literally singing to us from the trees above the pool, so that alone made the trip for us! We book for nature and privacy and this spot checked all our boxes and then some. Thanks, Grant for being a fantastic host!

Beautiful house with lovely amenities. We’ve stayed a few times at this location over the last five years and it’s still well maintained. Would stay again.

What a peaceful weekend!! Once inside and in the back yard, you’d never know there is anyone within miles. Very comfy and clean cabin. All the things we needed to cook, plenty of towels, very comfortable bed. Had no problem keeping it cool. The hot tub is very nice and under the stars which is lovely. We did encounter a bunch of spiders on the back porch (just a heads up, not a complaint. That’s nature and we were fine.) and we also had a little frog friend come say hello! I would love to come visit when it’s cold outside to spend a little more time in the tub! This was the perfect place for our anniversary getaway. Highly recommend!

Me & my wife loved it here! It was a GREAT getaway from our lives. It was for her 30th birthday & I can vouch she had an amazing stay along with me. Place was so clean & everything was perfect. We would DEFINITELY come back & stay again.

We enjoyed the fishing and our stay. The lake and the view was beautiful. Adam was very responsive and helpful!

We stayed for just one night with our pups and it was perfect for a quick getaway. Kathleen was very clear in her instructions and check in was easy and quick. The pups loved roaming along the path in front of the house. Would definitely stay again!

It was absolutely amazing. We had a very relaxing weekend. We went to the best BBQ place in glad water. It's called Nobody's T&K ... It was absolutely amazing. They have so many different things to pick from. Go out an give it a try. Pretty sure they have something for everyone.

Had an amazing time celebrating our 4 year anniversary at the cottage. Cozy home with some fun games even for adults. Outdoor shower was the cherry on top for us! I highly recommend the add on packages that they offer. They did not disappoint at all.

We had a great stay! It was a great location, close to the fun downtown area but also felt like you were far out. Everything was clean and peaceful and as advertised. We appreciated the use of the pool and plenty of animals to hang out with!

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint little cottage. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful! The sweet animals that live on both sides of the cottage came right out to greet us when we arrived. Everything inside was exactly like described. Very clean and cozy. Josh was a wonderful host! Very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are in town!!
