It is in a good location within walking distance of the popular outlet mall, Kyukaruizawa Ginza, and Unba Pond, and you can also enjoy the beautiful nature unique to Karuizawa. It is very convenient, with a convenience store, supermarket, and delicious restaurants nearby. You can spend a spacious time renting one building, and it is equipped with a kitchen, furniture, and appliances necessary for daily life, so you can stay with your family and friends as if you were living in Karuizawa. Rest peacefully in the tatami mat room on Japanese futons lined with pillows. Parking is also available for up to 2 station wagon sized vehicles. In addition, due to the enforcement of the new Private Lodging Law (Residential Accommodation Business Law) on June 15, 2018, government agencies are required to fill in the list of guests, and foreigners who do not have an address in Japan are required to present their passports.That's why we ask you to fill in the guest list, present your passport, and allow us to make a copy at the time of your stay.I hope this helps.

We renovated a riverside villa in the forest of Karuizawa. The grounds of this great location are about 2,500 ㎡! Feel the extraordinary atmosphere with a large sofa and fireplace in the living room, a large yard and outdoor dining. In the bathroom, you can enjoy a JAXSON jet bath, a large sauna for 4 people that can be used at the same time, and a rain shower in the bath. Please note that in a natural environment, insects may occur indoors during your stay, as we are renovating an old villa. If you have an excessive allergy to insects, please refrain from booking.

Ohinata in Sakuho-town is a small village in a valley. I renovated a 80 years small wooden house by myself taking a long time. The building used to be used for raising silkworms by farms. It was our culture and industry to get silks in this area. You can have a calm time for having Coffee and beer, reading books, listening music... The village is surrounded by nature for hiking to mountains and rivers. Some local families live in around the house, so please stay like the village people.
