Holiday rentals with a patio in Annakhil

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment! The place was very clean, calm, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing break. It’s also ideally located, surrounded by everything I needed—shops, restaurants, and public transport were all within easy reach. The apartment itself was well-equipped and exactly as described. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after a long day out. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

We had a nice time at this Airbnb, it was near the popular attractions which only took us 30 mins to walk to. There is an abundance of restaurants and fast food places within a 5 min walk. The hosts kindly arranged for transport to and from the airport, which was very appreciated as we did not feel comfortable booking taxi’s ourselves. Communication was also great!

Zouhair is a great host, as well as Youssef. They're super responsive. If you have any questions, they are always there to help you very quickly. It's very reassuring when you arrive in a place you don't know. The space was great! Great location (large area, shops and restaurants within walking distance), the center is also nearby! I recommend it without hesitating!

Another great experience! I have booked with Yahya several times, and I am never disappointed. The apartment is faithful to the photos, very well equipped and perfectly clean. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with everything you need nearby: shops, restaurants, public transport... I think the location is really ideal.

My stay was absolutely amazing. Everything went super smoothly from start to finish. Sophie is a fantastic host, super friendly and very communicative, which made everything even easier. My husband and I instantly felt right at home in this beautiful villa with our 3 children aged 13, 10 and 5. We were greeted by our gracious superhost Hind and her daughter on our arrival and welcomed in to the villa. They gave us a guided tour ensuring we knew everything about the property to make our stay comfortable. Hind went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. She prepared a delicious meal for us as we arrived late in the evening. She arranged a cook to prepare lunch at a very reasonable cost and thoughtfully suggested meals she thought we would enjoy. The breakfast prepared by the onsite governess was delicious and the daily laundry service was an added bonus. The villa itself is homely yet has a beautiful and stylish aesthetic feel. The garden and pool area is beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and cosy. We were more then happy to spend our entire day at the villa and were sad to leave. Our first Air BnB experience surpassed expectations thanks to Hind!

Photos don't do justice! Beautiful accommodation, a few minutes from the main square, but at the same time, given the strategic location, an oasis of peace. As you enter the street to the house, you begin to perceive the silence compared to the characteristic chaos of the surrounding souks. We stayed as a group of 4 (two couples) and we were all very impressed. A big thank you also goes to Najat, who was very caring (while we were in the desert there was a storm and when we returned, she had already taken care of bringing us the clothesline to the ward). We let ourselves be pampered in the morning by its abundant breakfasts. Absolutely clean place. Possibility of early check-in (in our case at 11 a.m.), and late check-out (in our case at 6 p.m., with the possibility of also using bathrooms/showers) at no additional cost. We will definitely recommend it to other people! Many thanks again to both Mouhssine and Najat!

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

We had a great time with the family. The villa is very clean and the residence is peaceful. The heated pool is a real plus. There are a few games available for the kids. The Soumaya stove is excellent and very caring. I would recommend this villa and would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay. The riad was perfect for our family, an oasis in Marrakesh. Fatimzara & Simo were lovely to meet and very helpful. The food was beautiful and they were so responsive if we needed anything. The location is perfect as we were near everything but it was lovely to have a cool dip in the plunge pool at the end of the day. Thank you!

We brought the whole family to Marrakesh for a few days, and this Riad was absolutely perfect! There were 7 of us in total, and the space was more than comfortable for everyone. Each morning, Ezra greeted us with a fresh, delicious breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch and made it easy to start our days without the hassle of finding food. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the Medina. We were just minutes away from iconic spots like Jemma el-Fnaa, Bahia Palace, and countless souks (more than we could explore in our 3-day stay!). It was the ideal home base for discovering the magic of Marrakesh. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for an authentic and convenient experience in the city!

Great stay at this property. The apartment was clean, well located and faithful to the photos. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Some small details could be improved, but nothing that really bothered the stay. Egle was welcoming and responsive. I recommend it without hesitating!

It’s a sanctuary in the best neighborhood in Marrackech. Facing the Yves saint laurent museum Wich is a very nice street good shops coffees spa … but also very easy to go to the Medina etc I could hear the birds from the balcony it was like a little dream and the place is really big …. The pictures doesn’t show how big it is…. It’s very modern open kitchen nice sofa to chill in the living room the beddings are very good quality. The host is very very helpful. I really recommend this place if you want to have a very comfy refuge to come back to after all your outdoors experiences 🙏🏽 Thank you Badr for making it happy for us ✨
