200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

What a special place! The cottage is so clean, modern and very pretty & the fact it is right beside the sea with its healing properties are what drew us to this place. There were lovely little thoughtful details like gentle music playing when we got there, dimmed lights on, and a few goodies on arrival. The fire was all set ready to light & we felt right at home. So special . We would love to come back x

This property is far bigger than it looks in the photographs. The rooms are very large in what seems, from the outside, to be a smallish house. Annalong is a good centre for exploring the Mourne Mountains – the hills and the coastal towns, which, in excellent weather which we had, are very beautiful. Confusingly, Airbnb have put the postal address as Newry, but please understand that the property is in the village of Annalong which is about 25 miles from Newry town, but is in the Newry and Mourne District Council area. Teresa was a great host, very friendly – phoning us before our stay, and during it to check that everything was alright. We would recommend this property and we'd love to go back sometime – if Teresa can organise beautiful weather again!

Beautiful modern apartment in the most stunning location. Right on the beach and so many restaurants, cafes and beautiful walks on the doorstep. Rodney was a pleasure to deal with. Apartment is very modern and clean and of a high spec. Would absolutely recommend this apartment, what you see in photos is exactly what you are getting. Would love to return.

The apartment its self was incredible with amazing views of both the mourne mountains and the sea. The harbour Inn is a short 2min walk away .The decor was fantastic with everything supplied. Christine was an excellent host , 10 out 10 for a short family break, and definitely a hidden gem.
