Villa holiday rentals in Annemasse

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

We spent two peaceful nights. Everything was perfect when we arrived. The environment and the accommodation were as described, we enjoyed the functionality of the kitchen, the space in the apartment, the terrace for breakfast and dinner with the sunset. Finally, after parking our car in the private parking lot, we enjoyed Thonon les Bains, all on foot, counting 30 minutes for the thermal baths, the city center and the lake. We will keep this nice apartment in our favorites for our next stays in the area.

Amazing place in a great location with many activities to do in the region. Charlène made sure we had everything we needed (with some complimentary goodies!). From information on what to do, how to get there (bikes were included), to a fully equipped kitchen and an amazing bathroom. Fully recommend to anyone looking for a quite getaway with fun activities and great sights.

We spent 9 relaxing and interesting days in Daniel's beautiful house. The house was very clean, the amenities as described. After many hikes and excursions in the beautiful area, we sometimes spent time in "our" garden, where jasmine and lavender were in bloom, with a pastis from Daniel's house bar. Daniel welcomed us warmly and provided us with good tips. Daniel was a perfect host and always available and approachable. We can only recommend the beautiful accommodation. We'll be happy to come back.

Very great location with great views of Lake Geneva, very spacious

We stayed in Sallanches for two weeks to visit our family. The house is perfectly equipped for a family stay, with many amenities within walking distance. The host, Philippe, welcomed us very warmly and was available throughout our stay. Really, I recommend, we have great memories!

The villa is fantastic. Its architecture, the furniture in its indoor and outdoor spaces are truly unique and fascinating. The location was strategic both for reaching Geneva and for visiting the lake and its surroundings. Nearby there were all the necessary services, restaurants, supermarkets, boulangeries, and anything you need. It was a perfect stay, to be recommended and to repeat. Bophana was kind, welcoming, friendly and efficient from the first moment. Always present but never intrusive. We'll be back.

Thanks to Viviane for her availability throughout the stay. A spacious accommodation with a magnificent view of the lake. Many extras were present in the accommodation, making it easier for vacationers. Highly recommend the space.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Marie-Laure's place. The house is located in a quiet area near the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed to enjoy the garden and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

The stay at Karine's house in Challex went very well. Her house is spacious, functional and equipped with everything you need. Superb views of the Alps including from the pool. Karine is an easily reachable person and she was able to be understanding during a small material damage (handle of the damaged fridge) that we offered to reimburse. So I would recommend this house!

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.

The house is well-equipped, perfect location with the lake a few minutes walk. Breathtaking views of the mountains from the pool!

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

This place was perfect. We were there for 3 nights and 3 days. Everything matched the listing. In addition, Maria is a great host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. I highly recommend this accommodation and these hosts, they do everything to allow their guests to arrive in the best conditions.

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.

Wonderful house, perfect for our family unit with a separate living space for the grandparents, meant we weren’t on top of each other. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need. Loved it

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa over a long weekend! The place was exactly as described – spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true getaway. The host was incredibly accommodating and flexible, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back. We had a great time with the family (4 adults + 1 baby 11 months) at Hervé's. The listing is as described and we even found it better than in the photos. The kitchen is very nice open to the living room, equipped and functional ideal for us who made all the meals at home. The house is a 13 min drive from Lake Annecy, we were able to go there every day, but we were mostly able to enjoy the pool all day. I highly recommend this very pleasant place, in addition you will have the opportunity to connect with Hervé who is a super host, pleasant and who is happy to share the tips of his region.
