All amenities in the village 1 km away as well as a shopping area and highway 10 minutes away. 1 hour from Grenoble, Lyon, St-Etienne and 1 hour 20 minutes from the first ski slopes.

The cottage at Mas des Blains, with all comforts, will seduce you, and offer you a real nature break with its greenery, animals and absolute calm. Located in Anneyron, meeting point of the Drôme de l'Ardèche and Isère, 10 minutes from the highway exit, Chanas and the SNCF train station. This studio of about 50 m², is composed of an equipped kitchen and 1 living room with sofa bed. Upstairs is 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bunk beds and 1 bathroom. Cleaning included

Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.
