Gîte Drome des Collines

Charming little cottage in the fully restored half basement, under our main residential residence. Fully equipped ,with A/C, shared pool, terrace and private parking. Located in the north of Drôme between the natural parks of Pilat, Ardèche and Vercors, it is ideally located and offers a multitude of activities nearby. All amenities in the village 1 km away as well as a shopping area and highway 10 minutes away. 1 hour from Grenoble, Lyon, St-Etienne and 1h20 from the first ski slopes.

Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.
