Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Annezin

We enjoyed our stay at Segolene's place very much. It was comfortable and the surroundings -- estate, pool, gym, sauna -- were very peaceful. The town surrounding the estate, as others have mentioned, does not have much going on. We went out to Arras (about 30 min. drive) to go out to eat one day. We enjoyed both the pool and sauna during our stay. Segolene's communication was great at check-in and during our stay. We had one mishap before we arrived where our booking was accidentally cancelled, apparently by Airbnb, and the communication there between Segolene's cohost and Airbnb Support was very unclear and confusing to us. But, all was solved as we were able to rebook on the phone with Airbnb. One other thing that did not work so well for us was the internet in the apartment - we needed to use our hotspot to stream movies and it would not be suitable for working if you needed to do so. But we had basic service otherwise.

Nice weekend in a small house close to the city center with a nice private courtyard without overlooking neighbors at the back. Attentive hosts who welcomed us with something to have an aperitif and pods for lunch in the morning. 👍Very nice touch! If we have the opportunity to return to the region, we will book again!

Excellent value for money. Everything clean, tidy and all you need for a short break. The property is located in a farming community just outside Arras, very close to the Highland and Rockincourt War Cemeteries. The area is quiet and there are a choice of pretty walks straight from the front door. Would highly recommend.

This accommodation is perfect for a solo traveler on a weekend trip to Lille. It has everything you need. Close to a tram station, it is very easy to reach the center of Lille.

Well located apartment about 20 minutes' walk from the train station. Nearby restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and clean. We had a good stay there on the occasion of a pro trip with my small team.

An impeccable and tastefully decorated accommodation, a cute little terrace overlooking a beautiful garden (which unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy…). A quiet neighborhood and tranquility that we enjoyed. Services that are faithful to the photos. We recommend.

The stay was super. The Airbnb is exactly as expected from the pictures. It was very nice that there were no check-in and check-out times. The hosts were completely accommodating to our schedule. Upon arrival we were very kindly received, with a fine explanation of the Airbnb. There was even a delicious “Cramique au sucre et aux raisins” waiting for us. There was also a pass for the metro left for us. And there were several information booklets about Lille. After returning the key, the host even helped us load the car. I recommend this stay to everyone!

Fabrice has always been very responsive in answering my messages. He welcomed us in person and was very helpful. The apartment is in excellent condition, recently renovated, very clean, equipped with all the necessary services, spacious and well located to easily reach the highway and Lille.

Whether it's communication (upstream and on site)the welcome (smiling, kind ) the calm (remote place to the street, no noise), the accommodation (very clean, classy, clean, retro, comfortable, cozy, everything you need, everything is thought out in every detail...). Dorothée is a likeable, uncomplicated and communicative hostess who answered questions very quickly and described her apartment well. Great that she provided coffee and water and spices for us on arrival. In the apartment, we found everything we needed, although we did not find so much "fragrance"  (scented bottles in the apartment, very intensely scented bed linen), which is a very personal attitude of ours, in the rooms. The bed was comfortable. And the highlight is the terrace - that's where the holiday feeling in the city comes in. The area is very quiet, but there are few opportunities for going out in the immediate vicinity, which did not bother us, as we were in the city very quickly by bike. The lockable bicycle cellar and parking space are ideal. After an eventful day in Lille, it is very pleasant to come to this apartment. Thank you, Dorothee.

Beautiful little apartment with a nice terrace. Very well equipped whether for cooking or cleaning. The underground garage with the space is a plus! The residence is very nice.
