It is a remarkable natural site located just below the Crêt de l'Œillon and the "Trois dents"; it faces the valleys of the Rhône, the Drôme and the Alps. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

Fred and Annie welcome you to their cottage, adjoining their home."Gite le tilleul" is an old family house renovated by them. It is 2.5 km from the village of Bourg-Argental. The cottage has an area of 150 m2 with a shaded terrace, its south-east exposure offers a panorama of the Alps on a clear day. The capacity of the cottage is 4–10 people.(See house rules, additional rules). Fully equipped house.

An outbuilding a few meters away from the main house, which has become a peaceful place to live.
