Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

Fred and Annie welcome you to their cottage, adjoining their home."Gite le tilleul" is an old family house renovated by them. It is 2.5 km from the village of Bourg-Argental. The cottage has an area of 150 m2 with a shaded terrace, its south-east exposure offers a panorama of the Alps on a clear day. An outbuilding a few meters away from the main house, which has become a peaceful place to live. Guests will appreciate its fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom, a sofa bed in the living room and its exterior. Close to the Peaugres Safari Park, the cabin will allow you to discover the Ardeche Verte, our region near Lyon, rich in its past and nature.
