Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Annot

Jean-Marc’s place is exactly as it was described. It was beautifully appointed and great care was obviously taken during the remodeling and furnishing. As a result, the apartment was a comfortable and serene retreat. The location is ideal for exploring both the old city and for excursions to the shoreline, a short block from the apartment. Convenient to the Gare, the apartment is ideally situated for travelers who are arriving by rail. As perfect as the apartment was, what really made our visit special was the attenitiveness and responsiveness of Jean-Marc. They checked on us regularly to ensure that we had settled in well and that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The building was equipped with a lift, very helpful for carrying luggage. The apartment had excellent air conditioning, a necessity in Nice. We would certainly stay again.

Valarie is the ideal host: present for arrival and responsive when needed, and leaving you alone to enjoy her wonderful place. The home and grounds are outstanding, and her guidebook tells you all you need to know to enjoy many surrounding towns and activities. A car is essential -- numerous places to visit within a 30 minute drive, but no restaurants or shopping within walking distance. The modern applicances and shower, blooming garden and home grown fruit all enhanced our visit, and this has been one of our favorite airbnbs.

Gracious and proactive host. Communication was clear, questions answered, and the flat was high quality. The location was perfect for all things Nice.

Nico’s place was in a prefect location. Close to everything- beach, Old Town, restaurants and shopping. It was super clean and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you need a place in Nice.

This apartment might have been one of our favorite things in our 3 week Family Europe trip. Nestled on a side street of Cannes, it is super close to all the action. The street below is bustling, but the sleeping is peaceful since the rooms are located in the rear of the floor plan. It was SO well laid out and decorated, I want K to come design my own home! K and her husband hosted us like family, making sure all of our comforts were met. This place is reason enough to come enjoy the South of France. Merci!!!

This is a must stay when you're in Cannes! Located on the top floor with a beautiful balcony with views and all the amenities you could ever need. Beds were comfortable and clean, plenty of showers, nice open communal space, and a great kitchen! We rented a car because we drove to many towns in the Riveria and the free parking at our place was a huge bonus. You are a short walk to amazing shops and restaurants and about a 15 min walk to old town. The host was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We had a lot of delays getting there and the host was very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Location parfaite pour un séjour en famille. La maison est bien disposée et calme, située à proximité de l’aire de jeux du village. Le lac de Castillon est très proche. De nombreux livres et jeux ont été mis à disposition. Ce fut un très agréable séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. L’endroit est paisible et reposant. La piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi sont vraiment agréables après la randonnée !

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Le logement est vraiment magnifique, nous avons été agréablement surpris car les photos ne lui font pas justice tellement il est beau, le cadre est reposant et agréable, il n’y a pas de vis à vis et tout dans la maison nous a permis de passer un bon moment. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et passer un séjour comme chez vous est présent, ce qui facilite grandement les choses. Je recommande à 100% et j’espère revenir dans ce bien pour encore passer des moments formidables avec ma famille. N’hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Superbe maison ancienne rénovée avec goût et élégamment décorée avec matériaux exceptionnels. La literie est excellente et très confortable, les équipements de qualité tout à fait supérieure. La vue est époustouflante. La piscine est un peu petite pour faire des longueurs, mais toutefois très agréable. L’accueil était parfait et très arrangeant. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve et sommes partis requinqués et inspirés.

Christophe and Lena were the perfect hosts. They were very discreet and flexible and left us to enjoy their charming house but at the same time really went the extra mile to make our stay in La Colle-sur-Loup an unforgettable one. From the warm welcome, the thoughtful welcome pack, the ease of check-in and check-out and the flexibility around timings, it’s hard to imagine a smoother and more hospitable experience. The value for money really is EXCEPTIONAL too, particularly when you consider the location right in the heart of the village and that you’re getting an entire house over four levels, including a stunning roof terrace with a view across to Saint Paul de Vence that we used a couple of times for breakfast and lunch during our stay. La Colle-sur-Loup is a great place to visit, but is also really well located for Nice, Saint Paul de Vence (walkable in around 20 minutes) and the coast - we were on the beach in Antibes in around 25 minutes. We will definitely be back!

Si vous cherchez un lieu paisible, avec une vue à couper le souffle et parfait pour un moment romantique en couple. Ce logement est fait pour vous. Le matin vous vous réveillerez avec le chant des oiseaux, le soir vous admirerez le coucher du soleil avec cette vue dégagée sur Cannes et ses environs. Julien est un hôte très agréable, souriant, très réactif qui prend soin de son logement autant dans la décoration, la propreté des lieux, les équipements qu'il propose pour que vous passiez un formidable moment à deux. Nous étions heureux de retrouver ce petit trésor, tous les soirs.

Konum olarak mükemmel. Her yere yürüyüş mesafesi olması, etrafında birçok restaurant ve barların olması büyük avantaj. Ev yeni dekore edilmiş ve çok temiz. Balkonunda oturmak çok keyifli. Evde ana banyo ve tuvaletin yanı sıra Ebeveyn odasında da tuvalet ve banyo olması çok rahatlatıcı. Salon ve mutfak tüm imkanları sunuyor. Tekrar Cannes seyahatimde mümkünse tekrar kalmak isterim. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à Cannes dans ce magnifique logement ! La résidence est très calme, parfaite pour se reposer, et offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. La piscine à débordement est un vrai plus, avec un cadre à couper le souffle. Un grand merci à Jérémy, qui a été extrêmement réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, il est resté éveillé pour s’assurer que nous trouvions facilement l’appartement, avec des instructions claires et rassurantes. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour — c’était génial, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Die Garage war ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Check-In und Check-Out verliefen völlig unkompliziert, und der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup!

Perfect stay for everyone exploring Côté d Azur. Private Garage, Safe Areal. Supermarket 3-4 minutes by foot. Nice Restaurants in every direction. 3-4 minutes to the Beach. Wonderful View over the bay of Juan de Pins / Antibes from the bed, balcony and the Living Room. Philippe is very Kind. He answers fast and always there to help. The Appartement has Everything You need. Better than Hotel! Thanks!
