Theta is a 60 sq.m. stone guesthouse, a few meters from the square of Stemnitsa. Built in 1867, it is the "katowi" (ground floor) of a traditional village house. A spacious house with a dome, completely renovated in 2022 and accommodating up to 4 people. It has WC and a separate area with a shower-hydromassage. My Traditional Stone-built Mansion in Karyes was originally built in 1902 by my grandfather.Τhe whole building was renovated from scrath by my family, but with us keeping all the old stone walls that my grandfather put together. Just 50 meters from the central square of the village of Stemnitsa, through a dreamy stone alley, is the fully renovated Rodanthi guesthouse. Cottage house in olive grove

Cottage house in 10 acres olive tree grove, carefully decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The house is located in a small settlement called Patima. It is 2 Km from Examilia Village, 6Km from the modern town of Corinthos and 4Km from ancient Corinthos. The center of Corinthos and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 10 minutes by car from the house. All people are welcome.

Delvita Mansion

Traditional three-storey tower house in Karytaina. Reconstructed with great care by the hosts with authentic wooden elements and traditional touches in the decoration. The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.

It is a stone tower located at the foot of Taygetos with a unique view of the Messinian Gulf. The 200m² house seems to harmonize with the natural landscape of the area designated as Natura. The tower consists of 3 bedrooms with closets , 1 master bathroom, 2 WC, kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace. As a heat source it uses central oil heating as well as air conditioners.
