Amazing place away from the town but close enough for short walk to bars and restaurants. Host was so welcoming with hospitable extras for our child due to late arriving. House was well thought out with all amenities needed and well stocked with every day essentials. Beautiful garden. Host was amazing from communication to welcome to information needed. Perfect stay for our family.

Great responsive host with very friendly parents who live upstairs and are there to help you if you need anything. We felt there like at home. It was a simple Greek style apartment, which has anything you need. Everything was clean and nice inside. There are excellent nearby beaches and cafés. Parking was no issue, plenty of space to park around. Nice big terrace where you can spend your evenings and mornings and enjoy your favorite drinks.

I wrote 5000 characters just to find out that feedback is limited to 1000. So, in just few words: wonderful host, wonderful house, wonderful location! Spiros is one of the most charming and generous hosts we have met in the ten years we have been using AIRBNB. The communication with him was pleasant, fast, full of goodwill and generosity. When there was an Internet failure at home due to a stormy weather, Spiros went above and beyond not only to fix the technical failure as quickly as possible but to compensate us. Food and drink products were waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. Don't miss a visit to Spiros' Taverna, too: it serves the best food in Corfu, by far. The house is small and comfortable, the garden is adorable. The distance from the center is a plus, and with his car (what a great bonus!) it's easy to get anywhere. Lefkimmi is really a great village. To sum up: highly & heartedly recommend! Thank you so much, Spiros!

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids,lots of space for us all and the bunk rooms fantastic for kids. Views from indoor space looking out towards beach and gardens is a little piece of paradise. As soon as you enter the property you can feel there's something special about it. The furnishings are very tasteful, but comfortable ,and colour scheme calming. We had plenty of space for our group with outside areas for the kids to let off steam as its right on the beach which is amazing, with outside dinning options.perfect for relaxing. We cooked in or found some local places to eat,had walks and just relaxed. Would love to enjoy the hospitality of this villa again at summer,as our time was not long enough and we hope to come back. Thankyou. Highly recommend .

The communication was great and you always got a quick answer and had quick solutions and suggestions ready for questions! Were super happy with the place! The room is also really sweetly furnished:)

Recent house corresponding in all respects to the description and photos. Beach 2 steps away with balcony and terrace with sea view. You can hear the sound of the waves🌊. Travel in early June and quiet and spacious sandy beach. Great for families with kids . Many taverns nearby at very good prices. Large supermarket 5 km away and mini market 2 minutes away. Eirhnh responded very quickly to our messages. If you choose the south of Corfu, we recommend it 100%.

We absolutely loved our stay in Perivoli! Our daughter wants to live here when she grows up! The house was immaculate and the host very easy to communicate with. The village of Perivoli is very traditional and authentic, which is exactly what we were looking for. A lovely, peaceful break. Also worth noting is that the location makes it very easy to reach both the east and west of the island where the beaches contrast greatly… sandy on one side and beautiful rocky outcrops on the other. Thanks! We will be back next year :)

This place was very good, it was very well equipped and when we needed the host, it has always helped us. The house is very spacious, with lots of natural light and lots of windows. There are also some skylights in the rooms that let a lot of light through but it is very personal of each. Still, we mentioned it to Magda and tried to help us and look for solutions! Also add that the neighbors in the area have been very nice to us and have always helped us in everything. Highly recommended accommodation!
