This is a fully furnished residential apt. at the lower level in a house. Only the "kitchen" (on the main floor) will be shared with me. You will be occupying the unit downstairs and I, the one upstairs. Near parks, lakes, eateries, shops, the silver lake beach, downtown Mpls. The perfect location that is SUPER quiet yet near everything! Reminder that this is a "1 guest/person" unit rental. NO Exceptions will be made and the booking will be cancelled if 2 guests are present at check-in.

Our home is in a friendly & safe community in Coon Rapids. It is within driving to a shopping area and dining. Located 15 miles from Downtown. The space is the lower unit of a 2 story home. It has many windows that let in plenty of light and the rooms are airy and large. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, laundry room and 2 bedrooms. It comes with a parking space and has a private entrance. Please be aware we have 2 dogs who are friendly and share the back yard.
