The villa, shared with other apartments, is in a beautiful place: I think one of the best views of the Argentario. The home matches expectations and images. It is good for couples or families with children (parties or lively evenings would be incompatible with the tranquility and coexistence rules of the building). It has a very effective air conditioning system in the rooms (and this August was very useful). Access to the sea is quite easy and allows you to snorkel nearby or even, swimming a little, to swim to the equipped beach of Pozzarello (the best beaches are Tuscany Bay and Il Tramonto alla Giannella - 15 min by car, or La Zonca alla Feniglia - 20 min by car, or La Dogana or L'Ultima Beach in Capalbio - 40 min by car). Massimiliana is very proactive and precise and maintains the well-being of guests. In general, a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

Paola's house is wonderful and cozy, as a location and also as a structure... Functional to easily reach all the beauties of the Argentario and its surroundings but located in a residential and quiet area, at night you can only hear the sound of the closest sea that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, and you can admire the stars by swinging on one of the hammocks on the outdoor patio. Paola is a thoughtful and nice host, upon our arrival she provided us with everything we need and even more for breakfast, the essentials for the kitchen and also for the bathroom. Our experience was great, and we'll keep it in mind for our future experiences.

We had a very great time at walters villa. The view is incredible, the villa is nice (a bit hot). The sea is 5min via car and very nice as well. So thank you Walter fir hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay in Giuseppina’s flat! It was very well equipped, with AC (much needed to escape the Tuscan heat!) and mosquito nets on every window. Giacomo was very accommodating in terms of our arrival and departure time and always easy to reach. He also made sure to give us a few recommendations of things to do around the region, which was very nice. We would absolutely stay here again - such a lovely place and host!

We were immediately impressed by the cottage (and the location). It is for us the dream accommodation in Italy (and maybe in many parts of the world) for a couple. We have been to Airbnb listings many times, but none is as wonderful as the house on the cliffs. The house is a small, personal with plenty of space for the belongings. We found it to be personal as it lives with the stories of the owners and that makes it very much alive. Every comfort is available (dishwasher, washing machine, heating or air conditioning if necessary). The terrace and sun deck are amazing and the possibility of swimming and snorkeling on the cliffs are the icing on the cake. Ferruccio is a wonderful host, he gives all the necessary information and is always available. We didn't want to leave and hope to be able to live in this jewel again. This place is fantastic! Fully and comfortably furnished—with a large TV, dishwasher, well-equipped kitchen, and a bed with a great mattress. Everything is clean and recently renovated, with lovely touches of handmade and antique decor that make it both cozy and unique. You’ll find everything you need for a truly enjoyable stay. And the outdoors are just as wonderful! Rolling Tuscan hills, vineyards, relaxing views, and a private terrace with stylish garden furniture surrounded by lush greenery—rosemary fills the air with its fresh scent. The host is incredibly kind and helpful. One of the most memorable places I’ve stayed, and I’ll definitely return to share the experience with friends.

If you’re looking for an experience on the sea, this is your place. Incredible to have access to a historic property as such, with sweeping views from around the property of the seaside. Walking distance to a great bar, the town of Porto Ercole, and a couple amazing beaches with full lounge service. The place has true character from a historical context if you’re interested in that type of thing. Thanks for sharing your great property.
