Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

After we arrived, we were shocked by the scenery around the house. Beautiful swimming pool, quiet house, beautiful mountains opposite the house, especially at night without any noise. at night we sat on the lounge chairs next to the pool and admired the stars and the moon, very quiet and comfortable. The landlord couple was very friendly. Before the trip, they sent us a lot of travel guides, surrounding scenery, supermarket addresses and other useful information. They also gave us some special little gifts, their own olive oil and jam. Our tired body and mind were relieved. I think we will come again next time. We had a lot of fun and joy.

We loved our time here. We were greeted by Marco’s parents who didn’t speak English but we were able to communicate just fine. The villa is in a beautiful, peaceful area & we enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio every day. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable, plenty of kitchen equipment and lots of space. Marco’s parents were so kind and welcoming. The location is great for a home base in Tuscany with a car. We would definitely stay there again if we ever come back. We stayed at this Villa for just under a week with 2 families and had the most amazing time. It was absolutely perfect. SO much space (2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, 7 bathrooms!!!!) The pool and grounds around the home are stunning and they take such great care of it. You can tell this is a family home that Federica and her family take great pride in. Federica and her son welcomed us at the villa and they were super responsive before and during our stay. They also recommended a lot of things like a driver for a wine tour, chef that came and cooked for us a couple nights (so delicious), etc. Am very sad to not be at this dreamy villa anymore and hope to go back at some point in the future. Highly recommend!!

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

Woooow, no words can really describe how wonderful this place is. We've seen this fantastic villa from afar before (you can see it when coming in to the island from the boat), but we could never imagine how wonderful it is. The house itself is perfect, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms etc - but what really stood out was how close you were to the city while also feeling like having your own little paradise. The balconies where a dream, the view perfect and the private place to swim simply wonderful. 10/10, and will 100% come back!

Very nice and quiet place to stay, perfect for families. The pool was great, the house large enough for 4 adults + toddler, everything very clean, very well equipped kitchen. The pizzeria in the village is very good, the other larger places are a bit far away. All in all, a beautiful place to stay

Family weekends that turned out to be extraordinary. The farmhouse is equipped with all the necessities. Wide indoor and outdoor spaces. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

We had a very great time at walters villa. The view is incredible, the villa is nice (a bit hot). The sea is 5min via car and very nice as well. So thank you Walter fir hosting us!

Ludovica’s place is amazing and I would recommend everyone to stay here. It is super picturesque and Ludovica is such a warm and responsive host. She also has an animal shelter that guests can go to(: Home was clean and suitable for our large group of 11. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Casa del Fico in April 2025. The house is very nice, clean and well cared for, located in the silence of the countryside behind Marina di Pescia Romana, with numerous beds available. In addition to the dining room on the ground floor, there is also one in the basement, both with long tables that allow lunches and dinners even for large guests (there were 9 of us). In the beautiful garden there is a pool and a gazebo with another large table that allows you to eat outdoors, better if under the stars, clearly visible given the poor light pollution of the area (especially for those who live in the city). There are numerous places to visit in the neighborhood: Saturnia, Tarquinia, the archaeological park of Vulci, Viterbo, Lake Bolsena, the Maremma, just to name a few, plus of course the sea. The owner is very nice and approachable. We can only recommend Casa del Fico to all those who intend to plan a vacation in these beautiful areas.

Great place with a fantastic host! We stayed four night with our 3y old son and had a great timein the area. Please listen to Elena’s instruction and get an appropriate car because of the house location but do t worry it is OK to get here.

Wonderful location with fantastic view of the sea. Very large, lovely garden. Perfect privacy. At the back of the domain, however, the owner has his own place to stay, with its own entrance. Fortunately, the owner was not present during our period, because that would have reduced that perfect privacy feeling a bit. It is an older villa but equipped with every comfort. Modern well equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is also very functional, but not modernized. We knew that in advance, because you can clearly see it in the photos. Silva is a perfect host : proactive and very friendly. The extra cleaning events we had requested were also perfectly arranged by Silva and excellently performed by Sabrina. The only downside of the location and the entire area is that there are many mosquitoes.

Our stay in Paciano exceeded our expectations. The place is perfect, quiet and offers beautiful views of the valley and lake. The house is fully equipped, nothing to plan and our hosts were super available and provided good advice (thanks for the recipes). Amenities and shops 15 min drive. Ideally located between Rome, Florence, Pisa and Siena. No complaints, it was a very nice surprise, thanks to Maria Pia and Dante.

This home is set in a very tranquil area yet is still accessible to the town closeby. The interior is very comfortable and tasetfully. The porch and garden were lovely areas to relax for morning coffee. The host and his family were very welcoming and were a great example of Italian hospitality. Although we had issues with the WiFi during our stay, they did everything to fix it and even reimbursed us for the data we used.

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

Franca and Giulio were great hosts and took care of our well-being. The house is idyllically situated in a quiet environment in an elevated location, ideal for relaxing. The kitchen is excellently equipped, we didn't miss anything. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful pool, which perfectly rounded off our time there. Overall it was a relaxing and unforgettable stay – we will be happy to come back!

From the very first inquiry about the property Ken was so responsive and helpful in our decision making. He answered my millions of questions quite patiently, understanding that we were making the decision for an entire family with one holiday a year! We made the right decision without a doubt. Ken’s home and property is much more beautiful than even the pictures can describe. The view from the patio/pool is fabulous with lake Trasimeno in the distance. The olive groves, the grape vines, the landscape was incredible. The setting and the privacy cant be beat. Our group up of 11 loved it. The kids loved exploring the flora and fauna and spent a lot of time in the natural surroundings and the fabulous pool The huge table on the patio was so much fun to sit around with candlelight and wine feeling so blessed to be there. There is a large family table inside as well. It had everything we needed, the casetta was amazing as well. It was perfect and idyllic. We will be back soon!!

Simply perfect experience. Home exactly as in the photos with a fantastic pool and breathtaking views of the sea. The owners Corrado and Beatrice are impeccable, always available and attentive to every need. Highly recommended!!

Laura’s place was just amazing. Even better than the photos show. Everyone was so helpful and Boris was great with the check in and suggesting places to visit such as beaches and restaurants. The town is is easy walking distance and a lovely walk down in the evening for dinners along quiet paths. We visited with another family and it was the perfect spot. The views are incredible, the garden and pool are beautiful and the house had everything we needed including an extra garden room which was great to give a bit more space for both families. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to come back in the future. Thank you so much Laura.

This house is a gem (and the photos don't capture it's brilliance). The location is perfect not only because it's in a secluded spot that ensures privacy, while also being close to small and larger towns worth visiting for dinner. Also thanks to it's (unexpected) elevation: the evenings are noticeably cooler than in the lowlands, so you can sleep really well in the middle of a hot summer. The house has been beautifully renovated, the pool is a wonderful addition, and Federico is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely want to return with friends in the future.
