The house is surrounded by 36 hectares of land with spectacular views to the sea, on clear days to Corsica. Carpineta is not far from the most beautiful villages and sights of southern Tuscany. The natural stone house has recently been completely newly expanded, furnished and equipped with the latest home technology.
