Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Apartment located on the beautiful village of Ansignan, many walks and hikes are possible in the area. This lovely apartment is located on the outbuilding of the house on the 1st floor. Not accessible and not equipped for people with reduced mobility. Don't hesitate to contact me for more information. About 25 min from the Galamus Gorge and 10 min from the Ansignan Aqueduct. Grocery store Breads and dishes prepared(order the day before).

Its architecture is based on sacred geometry, which gives it a very special energy: inside you feel as anchored as you do elevated.  This form gives off a feeling of fullness, sacredness and celestiality. It is one of three apartments in Gites-terroirs-Occitanie Sparkling white, named after the varietal that makes a delicious, sparkling white wine in our region. A very spacious and comfortable apartment (85 sqm) for one to 4 people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Mauzac has two separate bedrooms. We accept pets for a small fee.
