Julie is an outstanding host! This house is perfect for any getaway. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and STUNNING outdoor area with a gorgeous pool. This is 3 FULL baths and 1/2 bath!! Two kitchens! Two family rooms! You had space! It made you want to relax! The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance you would need. It was private. You could really escape and get away. Woodbury and the surrounding towns were jampacked with things to do. There were many places to choose from to eat. Such a variety from steak, seafood, pizza, and American fare pubs and other specialty restaurants. Lots of variety/antique shops, flea market, wine/liquor stores, convenience stores. Just a short drive into Southbury you find more shops, antiques, restaurants, bigger, grocery store, etc. We also drove to a few other neighboring towns. All under 45 minutes. Friendly people! We had a wonderful time! Price is fabulous, house/outdoor area is A+ value! Thank you Julie!!

Glenda was friendly and had great communication from Start to Finish. This was a nice location for a family fun weekend. Although the drive is close enough to stores if you need anything (target/stopnshop/bjs etc), the property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The yard is a great place to hang out and relax with the fire pit or have fun in the pool. And when the weather was crappy the pool table and hanging out in the basement den was nice. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to find. We enjoyed the space and would definitely recommend. Thanks again! 😊

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Allana’s house by the sea! When we had a small incident with the keypad, Allana was quick to answer my call and resolve the issue no problem. Everything was clean and beautiful! We especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the back to enjoy our meals. The view from the master bedroom and deck is incredible! We highly recommend and will be back!

Our stay was stunning. The location is quiet and peaceful yet close enough to the town to get what you may need. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous. It’s clean, the layout is beautiful, and the views are out of this world. A truly incredible place to stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was perfect, and each room has a full bath which was great for our family. Overall highly recommend

Obsessed with this Airbnb! My husband, dog and I typically go to upstate NY or the Berkshires for long weekends but I came across this Airbnb as I had an event in westchester over the long weekend. Highly recommend! So much hiking, wonderful restaurants and so close to the city. My dog loved this property as well! Will be back.

Only complaint would be the noise from road during the morning commute

We very much lived our stay in this beautiful home. The location eas perfect for our visit and there are lots of walkable shops and eats nearby. would definitely stay again when in the area.

Rachel and I were in Bridgeport for a wedding and booked Hurberts.He is a lovely host very responsive clean room and very organized . We will recommend this place to anybody be rest assured you are safe and you will definitely feel at home !!!

Stayed here for our sins wedding. Location was perfect. Very cozy, comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home.

Highly recommend this home! We had 5 adults and is a fantastic spot for a family vacation! Lots to do with access to cedar beach and walking trails as well as a very short ride to a local restaurants! House was spotless and owners were very responsive we had prior and during the trip, checking in to make sure we didn’t have any issues!

Stayed here with another couple over the weekend for a wedding - this place was perfectly suited for us! Just wish the weather had been better so that we could’ve enjoyed the deck more as it is overlooking the sound! We were all saying, as we checked out this morning, that if we end up in town again, we would absolutely stay here if it were available!

First - the host is beyond amazing- communication, warmth, welcoming. Second, the house is commodious, spotlessly clean, impressively stocked with everything! Fantastic location. And finally, the HOST- the angel host that you need for relaxing when in the area. I honestly can’t say enough good words for all that Rose offered. Sigh … 🤩 pure perfection!!

It was a great place to relax and enjoy the peace. Lots to do and the beach was so close. Nice town and friendly people🤗👍.

We had a relaxing overnight with our two pups! The bay/sound area is so peaceful. Our dogs enjoyed swimming before the tide came in and we kayaked along the shoreline. The inside was stunning and had everything you needed and more! We door dashed lobster rolls from the Bonfire Grille nearby (10/10) and ended the night in the hot tub! Coffee on the sunny patio was a great perk, too! Thanks again!!

This property is in New Haven, bordering North Haven. Easily accessible from the 91 or from SR15, but not near enough either road to hear traffic noise. This is a downstairs unit, and there are tenants above; you will hear some neighborly noise, but nothing out of the ordinary for a duplex, and much quieter than a hotel room. If you're familiar with the area, this home is walking distance from the large Medtronic facility and a close drive to the North Haven shopping area (Target, Cinemark). Property is well kept, and all linens and interior areas were clean. We appreciated the pet-friendly approach (minimal rugs on the floor), as well as the large (unfenced) yard for our dog. We had a few minor issues, to which the hosts were quick to respond and remedy. The kitchen has every feature or appliance you'd need for a short stay, and even included common spices, soap, paper towels, and kcups. Bathroom had ample towels for 2 people. Would be happy to stay here for future visits.

The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The decor is beautiful and it was extremely clean. We booked our trip for - family of 6 very last minute MDW and Mary was so accommodating and extremely responsive. As other reviews mention the beach entrance on the street is for private beach access, so you just have to walk about 5 mins to the public beach. Overall, the house is so beautiful and easily accessible to anything you may need.

Eva is a great hostess. We very much enjoyed staying in her house. She was very easy to communicate with whenever we had an issue. I definitely would like to have Eva as a hostess again and would like to stay in her house again.
