The unit consists of a living room, dining space (breakfast basics provided), kitchen, full bathroom/laundry. Walk to Fairfield U; an easy train ride to NYC. (Need the Murphy bed? The rental space is private and is the entire first floor of the home. The home is a two-story duplex with a shared entrance and private locking doors to each space. Wonderful location.

Also near food stores and other essentials. 400 MBPS Internet connection for those who need a reliable internet connection for work! Living room has a pull out queen couch if a 3rd bed is needed.
