We stayed 1 month, we will be returning. We hired a scooter to get us up & down the hill. We walked up and down a handfull of times during our stay. I would prefer to be up the hill with the views, it takes about 1 minute to get down into the town by scooter. The area is very very safe, very kind & friendly local people. We can't wait to return to Saylam Suites & Kaş.

Such a wonderful place to stay. I just loved chilling out on the deck with a freshly squeezed orange juice from the town and some bread as the sun slowly goes down. Then taking a walk past the ruins to the beautiful beach. It’s a fantastic laidback town and a really good place to stay. Breakfast was lovely and Hasan the host was always helpful, friendly and happy to chat about life and experiences. The room was comfortable and clean. We would have stayed longer but had to move on. I highly rexcomend it and would not hesitate to stay there again. Christin

Pretty much the perfect apartment. Very spacious, fantastic view, everything is high quality and works. Internet is good enough for work, even if the upload speed is mediocre (8 Mbits). The only cons is the location - you'll need to climb up just to reach the nearest shop.

Great little hotel. Selcuk and staff were very friendly and responsive. We had our apartment on the 7th floor and the sea views were beautiful. The apartment itself was clean, with good quality appliances and generally well built. The entrance to the hotel is located in a rather narrow street, but it wasn’t a problem for us, we only had to walk ~50 meters. We didn’t find the apartment noisy at night. We could hear some music from afar, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. I recommend this place for your future stay in Antalya.

Excellent location near old town, 10 min to Konyaliti beach.

It was a very nice and clean place with an affordable price, 15 minutes by car from the center of Kaş. We were very pleased. The pool was also clean and well-maintained, and it was nice to look at the greenery when you went out on the balcony. It was also a plus that they were the sweetest and most loving dogs we saw in our lives in the neighborhood. Rice pudding, Cinnamon and Kash will always be in our hearts. The entrance was also very comfortable, but I think those who have a car should prefer it. I don't know how much public transportation is available. However, the host is very helpful, just text and ask.

We stayed for about a week, and everything was great. Our host was proactive and provided clear check in video instructions in advance and gave us some good tips on the neighbourhood. The place was clean and well presented. Probably the only thing that was missing in the kitchen was the oven, but that’s my mom impression and she likes to roast stuff. Overall, we were very satisfied with the apartment and the location.

Anna's beautiful house.... We had a holiday in Kalkan where we collected very nice memories, just like the comfort of our home. The location is within walking distance to the market, markets and local bazaar. The pool was big enough and enjoyable. We definitely recommend the Kale Köy Kekova tour to those who are considering a Kalkan holiday. We would like to thank Anna for opening her house to us for this beautiful holiday... see you again

We thought it was a great stay lovely swimming pool good fitness , apartment was really top.Beautiful location for walks and with bus / taxi you are so where you want to be.Service for everything really super nice everyone very helpful. In the kitchen, everything is present, a small addition would be a coffee filter device, hand blender, oven dish for oven and towel/tea towel package. We would love to come back:)

The house was better than we expected, it was clean and the location was very nice. There were both sea-view terraces and very exclusive restaurants nearby. Although we were late, there was no problem at check-in and check-out times. Thank you very much.

Excellent apartment, everything is thought out. Lovely and large terrace. There are many shops and cafes around, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach. 24/7 reception, you can always resolve any issue. Very responsive manager. There is a good parking for cars, we always found a place for our car there. There is a swimming pool in the area where it is convenient and comfortable to swim. The only terrace is on the fourth floor and the elevator goes only until the third. I had to walk up one floor.

Owner of the house was very welcoming and kind! We arrived late at the night, he waited for us to come. Also we forgot to buy any food in that day of arrival and he gave us welcoming gift - some food, it was very helpful at the moment. Also he helped us during our stay several times We were in a winter period (3 weeks in november/december) We had no any problems when we lived there - Despite of winter period we always had hot water (you just need 1 minute to wait until it become hot) - When it was days without sun and with cold whether hot air conditioning helped us a lot to warm up a room. - Owner gave us warm blankets, so we had no any problems with sleeping - We worked remotely, apartament has sufficiently good WiFi to work and it has a table to work on. - Apartment is very clean. - Kitchen has all you need, except of microwave :( Place is not close to town center, but it has really beautiful pebble beach near, where you can swim and watch sunsets.

I used the apartment for a break for 6 weeks. Communication with the owner was always fast. The apartment has a great location, 5 minutes to the sea. Everything in the apartment was as described. Thanks for the wonderful time there.

We stayed as a family, we didn't have any problems, everything was as described. The pool area was not open. I would definitely recommend it.

Had an unplanned trip with the little one in the area whilst being on holiday in Dalaman. We booked the place 2 hours before and Niyazi was happy to accommodate, and was responsive. The apartment complex is setup like a secluded hotel, private swimming pool. The interior was very modern, proper clean and overall amazing for the price. Not usually pleasantly surprise but this made our day after a 3 hour trip over the mountains. Thanks!

Initially, we were put into a wrong room but then the managers quickly figured the problem out and gave us an entire apartment which exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff!
