My villa has a pool of approximately 50 square meters that can be used all year round, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. Since my pool has a heating system, you can enjoy the pool outdoors even if you plan a vacation during the winter months.

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

You will experience the villa you do not have. The pool is heated, and the additional heating fee is €250 per week. You are required to inform the pool heating that you would like at the time of booking. Payment is taken as extra at check-in
