amazing place to stay and would like to stay whenever possible.

Very clean and spacious condo. Quiet balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Had all the kitchen stuff, if you wanted to cook. The condo is conveniently located to several walkable restaurants and stores. There were plenty of linens & supplies, including pool towels!!! Awesome and thoughtful. We enjoyed the pool immensely!!! The elevator was useful, especially when lugging our suitcases. We would definitely book this condo again. Highly recommend Casandra’s condo.

This is not my first time staying at Tom's beautiful home, and I can easily say that his hospitality is unparalleled. The property is an oasis. It is stylish yet very functional for families. The location has the best of what old Phoenix has to offer. The backyard is filled with birds singing, beautiful trees, and soft breezes. This is a place where someone could write their first novel or work or just figure out what they are going to do with the rest of their life. He treats every person who stays here like family, yet provides support from a distance. I always feel welcome and safe, which is an important distinction. But what makes staying with Tom so remarkable is… Tom :-). His warmth, compassion, and care are extraordinary. I've also had the opportunity to observe him with his neighbors and family, and you can see that this is genuinely who he is. It is equally important to acknowledge how unique Tom is, and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to know him!

Perfect unit/amenities in a very walkable area- just as described. Really enjoyed that the kitchen had everything needed to cook. Great communication from Aaron with easy checkin/out.

Steve place was a beautiful backyard retreat, including hammocks and Jacuzzi. he offered beach cruisers for enjoy the beautiful neighborhood, and close by food and entertainment. we would 100% stay again.

Irens' place was very neat and clean. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. Thanks for everything ! We will be staying with you again when we come back down there.

We made a family trip with our adult children and their partners and needed a large home with lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. We also required a pool and sizable back yard. The place exceeded our expectations.

We had a fabulous time staying at this home in Scottsdale! Everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The backyard was our favorite, with the gorgeous pool and comfortable lounge chairs. It’s a quick and easy drive both to the airport and Old Town Scottsdale. Plus the hosts were so communicative and even helped us out with an early check in! 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

I was in the casita for about 9 months and I feel like home. Heather was a great host during my stay. The closest gym is located about one mile away which it was amazing. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. In addition, you have access to the principal road while leaving in a private area. Finally, the neighbors were very nice with me.

When we pulled up to the Airbnb, the main house was a little off-putting -- lots of clutter and mess everywhere. But when we went through the gate and back to the rental, everything was great. It's a small place, but great for the two of us and our dog. The private backyard was lovely for hanging out and soaking up the sun. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the frig had a shelf full of bottled water waiting for us. We were visiting family nearby, but really anything you want to do in Phoenix is easy to reach. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would recommend this rental for one or two people, and really appreciate that it was pet friendly.

The place was as expected. A little small but perfect for a weekend in downtown Phoenix. Aracely was responsive and helpful when we ended up there a little early before check in.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb’s that we have stayed at. The house is clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, quiet and the view is amazing. The neighborhood is clean and walkable. The grocery store and places to eat are five minutes away. The pool and hot tub were clean and so nice to relax in every night. Would definitely recommend!!

what a hidden gem! the pictures don't do this place justice! there were so many thoughtful things in place that weren't even in the listing! owners went above and beyond expectations.The bed & linens were incredible, i didn't wanna wake up! Pet-friendly, my lil girl felt right at home.There was even complimentary cold waters, coffee, creamer, wine, snacks, CHOCOLATE! if you forgot toiletries, they had everything covered for that as well! I only needed a safe place to stay the night before heading back from a quick trip, but I'm already planning another visit with this place in mind! I feel terrible that I forgot to write in the guest book,but hopefully this can be printed out and added to their huge book of testimonials! I really am incredibly blown away by this place! it was a last minute quick find after another location canceled last minute on me, but I truly believe it was meant to be. it was like visiting a close relative's home with all the attention to details! loved it!

We had a great stay at Amanda’s. The house was perfect for our needs. We had multiple dogs - the couches were already set up on our arrival with pet blankets for protection. Access to the backyard for our dogs was also ideal. Communication was great and responsive when I had a question about the Internet access. If we were to return to Phoenix and needed a place to stay, we’d definitely rebook. 😊 Thank you Amanda!

This was a great Airbnb! One of our favorites for sure. It had everything you could ask for including private parking and a fully stocked kitchen. There was even a washer and dryer. The space is very clean and functional. It has updated and thoughtful decor with very comfortable beds. Plus, checking in and out was a breeze. It's a perfect spot for either a short getaway or a long-term stay. It was home away from home. We're glad we found it!

This place was great! The private pool was definitely a highlight — we really enjoyed having it to ourselves. The location is excellent, just a short ride to the State Farm Stadium. A quick Uber or Lyft only cost about $10, which was super convenient. Westgate is also nearby, which is perfect if you’re looking to shop or explore a bit. I really appreciated Rena’s guest book — it’s full of great local recommendations for food and things to do in the area. As some previous guests have mentioned, there is occasional noise from animals next door, but the host thoughtfully provides earplugs. Unless you're a very light sleeper, it shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book again in the future.

We only had a quick 1 night stay but Darren and his wife were lovely, the space was clean, quiet and the bed super comfy! The pool was amazing. The dogs were absolutely adorable and super friendly! I would absolutely stay again if we’re ever in the area. Thank you so much!

This will b my go to place when traveling thru Az. I have even recommended it to locals for their wknd stays. :) Great hosts!!! They give you your privacy but are there when u need to communicate. Cherie’s place was awesome! The description was 100% accurate. The pool and backyard was very nice, furniture and beds were comfortable, and place was very spacious. The house was also well stocked with anything you need. Neighborhood was quiet and the area surrounding in Goodyear is on the rise! Ball park for spring training is close along with a lot of stores and restaurants. Buc-ee’s coming soon! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a great stay! The pool was very relaxing and having the grill was amazing! We grilled almost every night we were there. Thank you for having us!
