Nice little house with a very nice view of the lake. The place is quiet and relaxing. The decor is minimalist, a little cold. The whole place is clean, you just have to sweep a little dust on the ground floor when you move in. My husband, my 22-year-old son and I had a very good relaxing stay of 4 days. In a fantastic setting with a magical view of Lake Geneva everything, was perfect. Very clean studio, impeccable and very comfortable bedding, amenities like at home, Cédric is a attentive host who knows how to make himself accommodating. I was able to spend a magical weekend with my son's visit to be able to enjoy a hike on the Pic des Mémisesщ️ What's more, everything was Royal, in a region just as sumptuous as the studio. Quiet with its large terrace very convenient and very pleasant... An address that I'll keep in my favorites so I can happily come back. Thanks for everything Cédric...🙏😉🤗

Excellent place, excellent host. Although this is the bottom portion of the house where the host lives, it felt like we were in our own home, it was perfect. Would book again if visiting!

Beautiful little apartment, very well furnished with a superb unobstructed view of the lake and the pretty terrace to enjoy it!!! The big highlight! For calm, refrain... a lot of traffic, even early on Sunday morning.

What an amazing place, complete with everything you could possibly need, and the best host, Bendrie - whose warm smile and friendly demeanor invites you to feel immediately at home. Mimi the cat also helped with that. The space was more than enough for 3 couples to share, buy we were only 3 in total so we enjoyed spreading out and soaking up the views from the balconies. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend the hike to Lac Taney as well, which is conveniently on your doorstep. Also, loved the drive up and down the mountain. A perfect experience for my sister and niece to experience Switzerland for the first time. Truly unforgettable.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!

Great stay in Haute Savoie. The accommodation is clean and well equipped for families, it is close to Evian, Thonon and Yvoire which makes it easy to visit this beautiful region. Sophie is always reachable and the instructions she communicates are excellent to enjoy the stay. Recommended.

We had a fantastic 5 night stay at Michel’s apartment in Thonon-les-Bains. The apartment was spotless, and Michel gave us a detailed tour of the facilities and many recommendations for local sites to visit. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. For three old bikers it was perfect for touring the amazing Alpine roads. We would definitely stay again and wish Michel all the best for the future.
