Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Antigua and Barbuda

We (a couple) stayed at the Hummingbird Villa April 2025 and had a great stay. The villa was very accurately described by the photos and was modern and clean. The two decks had a beautiful view of the sunset - watching the sunset each night was our favorite part of the trip! Debbie was very communicative. We had a super minor maintenance issue, which Debbie resolved quickly and easily. The condo is about 10-15mins outside of St. Johns, which makes for a peaceful surrounding, but you will definitely need to rent a car to stay here. Our favorite beach was Deep Bay beach, which was a 5 minute drive further down the road on which the condo complex is located. Definitely worth checking out and make sure you get a fresh grilled lobster from Just Grillin'!

We had a great stay at the villa. Spacious and comfortable rooms and great views of the sparkling bay. We loved watching sunrise and having a first swim before breakfast. The private access to the sea is amazing and comes with sunbeds for relaxing under the sun. Hung organized for us the transfer from/to airport, which was perfect. He also gave us information about car rentals. Long bay is 5 minute walk from the villa. The other beaches are at least 30 minutes drive. Our favourite one was Half Moon Bay. At night we could hear loud music from nearby resorts, but it usually ended at about 10 PM, so it wasn't a problem for us. Marilyn prepared for us delicious meals.

We were not even there 5min and my SO had her phone out planning a return stay for next year with family. That’s how nice this place is. From the first minute in the villa to the last minute of our stay, everything was awesome. Everything needed for a truly comfortable stay is there. Now I know why there are so many great reviews. GT

What a wonderful stay we had! Cheri is an outstanding host! She gave us recommendations, checked on us often and was available for any questions we had and was very helpful! The Villa is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. Beautiful, clean, comfortable home, well appointed with everything you need. The pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot day or relaxing in the evening and our kids loved it. We would definitely stay again. Long Bay is a short walk away and beautiful for swimming. The property is private and peaceful and feels homey. 10 out of 10!

We had a wonderful stay at Nonsuch Bay during the quiet off-season—so peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had stunning views. We loved having access to three beautiful pools on the resort. Natasha was an amazing host—super responsive and went above and beyond, even arranging a surprise birthday massage! I would definitely recommend hiring a car, as things are a bit spread out and not really walkable… unless you move a long hike! Breeze, the on-site restaurant, is great, but not much else is walkable. Highly recommend this location for a tranquil getaway. Also, don’t miss Shirley Heights for incredible views and sunset!

Our stay at the shell cottage was great! The location was private and had private fencing which made it feel safe. The house was clean and cozy! Saveena was helpful with all communication prior to our arrival. We didn’t need anything additional during our stay, but Alyson and Tony were readily available and responsive once we arrived. Check in and check out were seamless. They provided some local recommendations for restaurants. I would recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a perfect location in Jolly Harbour - a couple of minutes from the beach and a short walk from the swimming pool. The apartment is very comfortable, with balconies overlooking the water. Both of the bedrooms have bathrooms which was useful for our family. The beach is stunning, with a beach bar right there. The pool is a good size in a pretty location at the harbour. Our kids loved both spots.

The villa and the view were even better than we had hoped for—and we had high hopes! So private, like a personal paradise. Having our own bbq and pool to ourselves was worth every penny. Didn’t see many options on the island for a private pool. Simonetta and Skep were wonderfully attentive and responsive. There’s a book of all the information you’d need to know, too. We would absolutely recommend and we hope to come back one day! Don’t hesitate to book this stay :)

Natasha, the concierge, was outstanding. She helped us with reservations, flat tires, and proactively guidance. Absolutely wonderful and helped make the trip special. The condo itself was as described and the pictures are accurate. The bedrooms have air conditioning which was much needed. The rooms are spacious and it was nice to have the outdoor patio with a table for eating. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture and loungers, and the primary bedroom balcony had no chairs. Be aware, you cannot see the water when seated on any balcony: the concrete railing is too high. We were aware when we booked, but note the resort is on a secluded part of the island so it’s not walkable. You have to drive to any groceries / provisions. The Breeze restaurant is not open every night of the week. It’s a lovely spot and the food was good.

quiet,clean and central ,just what I needed

I cannot begin to share how wonderful this Airbnb was as well as our hostess Derrica. from the very beginning, her communication was prompt and clear she made us feel completely at home. The location was beautiful with all the amenities and exactly as picture and more. Our favorite place was the top level patio, where we can see the sunrise and sunset in the horizon. We can see the oceans and boats passing through. It was like a picture book. The building grounds was private and very accessible to us. I especially like all the usage of up-to-date, security technology, and we felt very safe. I will definitely recommend her and this Airbnb wholeheartedly and will definitely plan on using it when I return to Antigua.

Initially I was booked to stay at a hotel but decided that I wanted a different experience so I decided to rent a car and look for accommodations close to where most of my business meetings were scheduled. The White Hibiscus Studios turned out to be a delightful find and Edith and her husband Probyn were wonderful and accommodating hosts. The space was clean and well appointed with everything that I needed for a one week stay. The basket of toiletries as well as the complimentary coffee and condiments were a thoughtful touch. There was also plenty of clean linen. I appreciated that there was a washing machine available so I could do laundry while in residence. A rental car is necessary for this area if one intends to move about at their leisure. There are several great restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive of the apartment and Dickenson bay beach is a 9 minute drive. The supermarket and gym are also within close proximity. Good value for money and felt like home away from home.

We loved it here! We spent a week driving around the entire island - and while a lot of places are very beautiful and fun, we kept thinking how happy we were to stay in Dickenson Bay. The beach is right next to the resort - literally a minute away. The grounds are impeccable lots of pretty flowers, bushes and trees, with multiple workers taking care of the grounds daily. It’s fenced and felt very secure, with very pleasant security guards. Overall, can’t recommend this area and specifically this unit enough. There are 2 restaurants right next to the place, one also operating a bar. They have down-time between lunch and dinner (4 to 6) and we found that often places wanted reservations even when fairly empty. We did rent a car and would recommend you do the same, unless you are skittish about left-side driving and island roads. While the room is a little dated and isn’t fancy, it was perfect for our family of 3, a fantastic “home base” to explore the island from!

Stayed for 11 nights at the Magic View Apartments and it was really nice - in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, the apartment matches perfectly to the pictures shown here. We had a very warm welcome - Edwin is a great host, very responsive, polite and always available. The apartment is very well kept, fully equiped with everything you might need for your holidays - and the location is great: you're never more than 25 min away from all the nice sports on the island. The access is made through a dirt road (a SUV is the best option to drive around the island), but the view is great!

We loved our stay at Melanie’s place. The pool, view and accommodation were amazing. We took the advice of others and rented a little 4X4 which was a huge plus. Beaches in the immediate area are some of the best on the island. Would highly recommend this cozy cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at Simone's, from the fresh and new apartment to the amazing backdoor patio. The convenience of the brand new and clean rental cars they include is also fantastic. Simone as a host was also incredibly helpful and friendly checking in with us throughout our stay. One of the friendliest hosts we have had the pleasure of staying with! This is the place to stay if you're headed to Antigua!

I can only add more praises to all previous good reviews. What a great place! It's very clean, comfortable, private, and well stocked too. The location is really good, very close to the beach (what we were after). The hosts are very responsive and always ready to help with tips and advice. Would highly recommend it.

Spacious, clean apt with relaxing patio view of water. Short 3-min walk to beach restaurants. Car recommended at nights. convenience store also close by. Great time at this place. Sarah was extremely accommodating.

Nosuch Bay Condo was amazing! The condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We traveled with 5 adults and an infant. The condo provided us with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, bath and beach towels. We really enjoyed the extra large covered patio with comfortable lounge chairs and full size table to eat and play games outside. The patio overlooked one of the three pools, gorgerous gardens and had an amazing view of the Caribean Sea with the perfect breeze. We were thrilled the condo provided us with a crib and high chair that was exceptionally clean. Communication with Peter was easy and he was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa just a couple of minutes from the beach and within a 15 minute walk of several great marina side restaurants. The local beach is fantastic, watching the sunset in the evening with a cocktail from Sandra's beach bar was magical and the location of the villa is perfect. We managed to explore much of the island and were left in no doubt that we were staying in the perfect location in terms of the proximity of many of the best beaches on the island. Chelsey and Jenny were very helpful and the accommodation was perfect, we wouldn't have changed a thing. The large deck in particular was fantastic, a lovely place to start and end the day. Hopefully one day we will be lucky enough to return.

This villa is perfectly located right on one of the best beaches in Antigua. The setting is absolutely stunning-just steps from the soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The villa itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There are a couple of restaurants on-site that are convenient and enjoyable, but Gayle also provided some fantastic local recommendations that were absolutely brilliant. Gayle is an amazing host-warm, helpful, and incredibly responsive. She went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly, and even accommodated a late check-out due to my evening flight, which I truly appreciated. This place far exceeded my expectations-it's truly heaven on Earth, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Looking at photos is one thing, but opening the door of Lorraines flat and actually being there was somehign else. Omg!!!! I cannot wait to be back . Lorraines flat is just perfect , the loaction , the decor, the comfort, the space , the facilties to cook . Lorraine left water and snacks and coffee and tea and milk ready for me . The balcony opens up and the whole kitchen and sitting area and balcony become one big open plan area. The view is breathtaking. Lorraine is always present , and replies immediately. Thank you Thank you Thank you . Everything was so nice . The gardens , the pool , Atta the gardener is lovely and tells you all about the garden and the big avocato tree. I could go on and on here but I will let all of you discover the wonders of Lorraines place by yourselves . I will definitely be back very soon . Thank you Lorraine for being and amazing host . This home was clean, free of clutter, peaceful, and had an amazing view. we had morning coffee, breakfast, and dinner most nights outside looking at the ocean. Beach and cook shops are about a 15 minute walk, but we often ventured another beaches in the south. A great stay!!!
