Beach house holiday rentals in Antigua

We stayed for 4 weeks at Franz & Korin's Villa. It had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful time in Jolly Harbour. Franz was excellent at communicating with us and provided us with information before arriving and during our stay. He set up our driver, Randi who is awesome, for transport. The condo was spacious and was enjoyed by us and our friends. Bedrooms were large with bathrooms in each. The kitchen has all the utensils and pots you will need to cook. We used their covered deck a lot for eating and relaxing. We loved being on the water and were lucky they had two stand-up paddle boards. We took leave from the deck to paddle the harbour. Franz organized a golf cart which you will need if you don't have a car. We loved the location of the villa. It was 5 minutes from North Beach. A beautiful beach to do yoga, swim, paddle, and watch sunsets. Thank you Franz & Korin. As we say in French, jusqu'à la prochaine fois! Until next time!

Absolutely perfect stay! My wife, two kids, and I had an amazing time at Elena’s villa. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elena went above and beyond—even having basic groceries waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. Anytime we needed anything, she was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. The AC in every room was a huge bonus, especially after hot days at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would love to return

We had an amazing stay at Kamisiky House! It’s even more beautiful than the photos depict. Gary and Val have created a truly special place. Everything about this home is comfortable and well designed. We loved being close to nature — watching sweet, little birds fly around the property and spotting eagle rays at the private jetty were particularly special. The bedrooms are super comfortable, and we loved listening to all the tropical night sounds that lull you to sleep. The pool and view are absolutely fantastic. And the kitchen has everything you need to cook very comfortably at home (we also really enjoyed takeout from nearby Reggae Village). Valincy, the house manager, is always available by phone and right on time for check-in and check-out (Thank you, Valincy!) The only problem in the end was how sad we were to leave. We will definitely return!

We had a great stay at the villa. Spacious and comfortable rooms and great views of the sparkling bay. We loved watching sunrise and having a first swim before breakfast. The private access to the sea is amazing and comes with sunbeds for relaxing under the sun. Hung organized for us the transfer from/to airport, which was perfect. He also gave us information about car rentals. Long bay is 5 minute walk from the villa. The other beaches are at least 30 minutes drive. Our favourite one was Half Moon Bay. At night we could hear loud music from nearby resorts, but it usually ended at about 10 PM, so it wasn't a problem for us. Marilyn prepared for us delicious meals.

May 5-15. 2025:Brando Caribe's Villa is the best villa that I have stayed in at Jolly Harbour. I loved the clean, fully equipped modern minimalist decor, and most of all both marina & beach views from both patio & bedroom balcony felt like an extra treat to relax on especially at sunrise & sunset. Beach just a 2min walk from the Villa. Staying at Brando Caribe's Villa added to my experience of being in the most perfect setting as I returned home to Antigua to celebrate a special birthday. Thank you, I would definitely book to stay in this Villa again & highly recommended it.

The home is gorgeous, clean and so comfortable. The outside patio and the lower deck above the water were beautiful. Enjoyed snorkeling right off our property.

We had a wonderful stay at Nonsuch Bay during the quiet off-season—so peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had stunning views. We loved having access to three beautiful pools on the resort. Natasha was an amazing host—super responsive and went above and beyond, even arranging a surprise birthday massage! I would definitely recommend hiring a car, as things are a bit spread out and not really walkable… unless you move a long hike! Breeze, the on-site restaurant, is great, but not much else is walkable. Highly recommend this location for a tranquil getaway. Also, don’t miss Shirley Heights for incredible views and sunset!

We had an amazing time at Sara's place. She gave great recommendations and always super responsive. My favorite part was the back patio that looks out into the ocean. Also the breeze and sound from the water is amazing at night. I will definitely be going to this place again!

Wonderful villa, beautiful views, gorgeous pool, lots of space, nicely furnished, beautifully clean, very well kitted out. Had a few issues at beginning but hosts v responsive and keen to sort quickly. Would have been great to have an information booklet / folder with practical info about the villa but also recommendations / opinions about restaurants, beaches, excursions etc. The hosts were very helpful - but just useful to have this kind of thing in any accommodation you stay in. It was a shame about the construction noise - beyond their control I know. Mainly it was in the distance but sometimes it was enough to send us to the beach rather than relaxing at the villa. In the main though a wonderful villa which we all enjoyed being in and particularly the beautiful views during the day and at sunset 🌅 - thank you Patrick and the team for all your help.

We can't say enough about this incredible location. The views from the west side of the island are breathtaking. You don't need to go anywhere else for sunset because you can watch it from your private pool. You really won't even need a tv because all you'll do is sit on the porch and watch the beautiful Caribbean colors. We loved that we were able to walk about 10-15 minutes to the pristine beach and have a few cocktails. There's also a lovely Italian restaurant that's walkable from the villa. Felecia was wonderful! It was so nice to have someone meet us at the house and walk through it with us. Felecia also recommended a local taxi service, and also helped is book excursions throughout the island. The guide that's provided was so professional and helpful. I would give this location more than five stars if I could. This is the best AirBnB that we have ever stayed in.

The photos don't do this lovely compound justice. I was so lucky to find this home for Sailing Week. Short walks to Nelson's Dockyard one direction or the yacht club the other. And a nice little grocery store on the way to both.

This is a beautiful villa located in a very quiet, newer development. The home is laid out well with large living areas, spacious bedrooms and baths. The upper and lower outside living area are particularly inviting with a large sectional on the upper area and a dining table on the lower area by the pool. Both with ocean views. The villa is fully air conditioned , which is a huge plus during the afternoons over the summer months. We did not end up using during our stay in April. The kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances, (classic coffee maker, commercial grade blender, etc.) The refrigerator made ample amounts of ice each day. The point I am making is, all appliances are modern and work well. The zero edge pool is full sized for 6 or 8 people, not some tiny thing. It overlooks a cove leading out into the Atlantic. All pool furniture is top of the line, fresh, clean and feeling new. The house manager was a special treat, genuinely interested in guest experience.

Used this apartment for three days while we did some work on our yacht in the boatyard at Jolly Harbour (we could not stay onboard). Was ideally located and very comfortable base. Sergio’s local contact (Stefan?) was extremely helpful at check in driving us to and from the apartment from the marina also he gave us a lift to the airport when we left (which we paid for) but it was great to know our check out and “taxi” was sorted with this friendly guy.

We were not even there 5min and my SO had her phone out planning a return stay for next year with family. That’s how nice this place is. From the first minute in the villa to the last minute of our stay, everything was awesome. Everything needed for a truly comfortable stay is there. Now I know why there are so many great reviews. GT

Best vacation ever A slice of paradise Our stay at this beautiful villa in Jolly Harbour was amazing The villa was spotless modern and fully equipped with all the tech bells and whistles thanks to the incredible care from Leslie and Keith Everything was clean accessible and thoughtfully arranged The location was unbeatable The beach was stunning just steps away and the dock was perfect for renting a boat to explore the island We celebrated our son's 10th birthday here and it was a memory we will cherish forever The secure gated community gave us peace of mind and we loved the amenities There is a gym across the street and a 9 hole golf course nearby I even enjoyed a round of golf with my son which was a highlight Ita the property manager was excellent always available and quick to respond to all our questions Her support made everything seamless

Michelle's villa is lovely. It's in great secure location and is only 5 mins walk from the beach, 10 mins from the supermarket. It has a terrace with an absolutely stunning harbour view, perfect for your morning coffee. The place was spotless when we arrived. It had everything necessary for a worry-free stay, including beach towels and drinking water. The only thing we felt was missing was the dishwasher, but considering the stunning view and affordability of this place, it's a very minor thing and shouldn't put you off. We would definitely recommend the villa to anyone travelling to Antigua and stay there again. Michelle is a very responsive host and is a pleasure to deal with.

The photos do not do this property justice. We had an amazing stay at Sarah’s property as a family of four kids aged 8 & 13 the villa had everything we needed and more. The kids loved travelling round in one of Randy’s golf buggies. We hired a car and got to check out some of the island. Definitely recommend Shirley Heights on a Sunday for sunset party. Sarah was really responsive & helpful especially as we were a last minute booking. We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

My friend and I really enjoyed our 5 nights at the Villa house Airbnb. It was a very modern, spacious, private, safe, clean, and comfortable home . We had everything we needed, including lots of storage to house all of our things! The laundry room & the rooftop were a plus! We absolutely loved the spectacular views from in the house and outside the house! The host Carol was more than helpful and made it a smooth process. Trevor, the house manager, was absolutely terrific! He was very friendly, kind and so very helpful! He made himself available whenever we needed him. We were very grateful for him. Ian & Merie were also wonderful! They got us where we needed to go safely and smoothly! If you are sensitive to noise, make sure you bring your ear plugs or headphones. The frogs and crickets are talking and singing every evening right on time. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to all! Thank you, Carol, for helping to provide the perfect stay in the gorgeous island of Antigua!

We really enjoyed our time at Calabash. The house was very nice and clean, and Howard and Jenny were great hosts. Sunsets on the deck are gorgeous, our kids loved the pool, and we loved being able to walk down to Darkwood Beach (only about a half mile down the path). The proximity to Jolly Harbour was also great- lots of options for dining close by. Four wheel drive is a must for navigating the road and steep driveway, but I would recommend four wheel drive for anyone wanting to drive anywhere on the island.

Location was great, with an amazing view of the boats. Communication was good. Tatanya contacted us early to explain the construction situation, she was upfront and honest. Hazel (property manager) continued to keep in touch and to ensure all was satisfactory. Hazel was a great source of information and was always reachable. We had a new barbeque and used it lots, as we sat outside to eat most suppers. Condo has everything you need. The grocery store is nearby, however we had a car rental which made it really easy, as we went through a lot of drinking water. There are two vegetable / fruit stands outside the grocery store, which has local options. Restaurants are nearby if you choose. Jolly Beach turned out to be one of our favorite beaches, walk is approx 5 minutes from condo. Thanks for the great experience of Antigua!

1000 Characters is not enough to describe Noreen’s place. I am a solo traveler and I felt completely safe and completely welcome. My first day there I was invited to a fashion show where Noreen’s pieces were being modeled and it was fabulous! We had dinner at the trade winds hotel which was EXCELLENT! The Yellow Maison is very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean, a 5 minute walk to the beach with endless food and excursions. I will absolutely book again!

Perfect peaceful villa to escape busy day to day life. The sea views are spectacular and is definately the focal point of the villa. Seeing the sunrise and the sunset against the crashing waves is like no other experience. Truly wonderful! Although the inside of the villa could do with some renovations, it did not detract us from having a wonderful family holiday.

Jolly Harbour in Antigua offers beautiful nature and a lovely harbour. During the week, the beaches are peaceful as locals are at work, giving you a chance to relax. Weekends can be crowded, especially on popular beaches, but Jolly Harbour’s beaches remain moderate in terms of visitors. It’s a great budget-friendly place for a week or two. While the road in front of the house can be busy with machinery going to nearby construction sites, the pool area is a peaceful retreat overlooking a serene golf course. The road infrastructure is poor, so an SUV is recommended. Additionally, food and drinks, even in grocery stores, can be pricey, with costs much higher than in the UK and quality sometimes lower. Despite these challenges, the natural beauty and peaceful setting make it a fantastic place to stay!

Hollyette's home is wonderful. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. The location is great and it was easy to get into town and a short drive to the nearest beach, though nowhere is far in Antigua. Cynthia who met and greeted us at the property was friendly and helpful. She came around to check up on us the morning after storm Philippe passed through and there was no power for a good few hours. Check-out is a bit too early. 11am. Our flight back to the UK wasn't until the evening so I called Cynthia to ask if we could extend our check-out time and that was fine. There was a charge though of $150 US. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property and would have no qualms booking to stay there again.
